$4500 a week - boat extra - off season rate available?
A $500 deposit is required at the time reservation is made
Half of the remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival date
Cancellations are subject to $100 cancellation and processing fee
There is no refund if cancelled 21 days prior to arrival date.
All renters are required to pay a damage deposit that will be refunded after
the home is inspected for damages, missing items, and long distant calls
