Living Room - North Coast Village, Oceanside Welcome to the tropical paradise of North Coast Village beachfront condominiums in Oceanside, California (North San Diego County). You will be amazed by the lush tropical grounds with waterfalls, running brooks, fern grottos, fountains, and koi fish ponds. This vacation jewel is located directly on one of San Diego's finest clean sandy beaches great for surf and swimming. Our home was remodeled and redecorated last year. New paint, carpet, fixtures, beds, linens, appliances, TVs, dining table, the works - all new! This is an upgraded, ocean-view, two-bedroom unit. We have all the appointments and comforts you enjoy at home. This is a two-story condominium. The main floor has the kitchen, dining room, bath, sleeper sofa, and two full-size beds in the bedroom. Sleeps six: one king, two full, and full-size sleeper. Roof-top observation deck and patio. Two full baths, newly remodeled and decorated. On Oceanside Beach between the harbor and pier. The upstairs has a king-size bed, another bath, and observation deck, perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated with a 32-inch flat screen and a PLAYSTATION 2 with some games. The master bedroom has a 20-inch TV with DVD player PLUS A COMPUTER DESK WITH COMPUTER AND HIGH SPEED INTERNET. The condo is equipped with wireless high speed Internet. The bedroom with two doubles has a 13-inch TV. We have a small movie library, games, nice new linens, and kitchen items and everything for a great vacation. We also have beach chairs and boogie boards for wave riders! Two parking spots are included. The North Shore Village complex is two minutes off the I-5 and is 45 minutes from John Wayne Airport and less than an hour from San Diego Airport.

Fall/Spring Weekly Rental Rate from Saturday to Saturday .. $ 1100/week.
Holiday Weeks are slightly more.
$500 Deposit required with reservation.
$105 Cleaning Fee applies to all rentals.
