This beautiful spacious house is the perfect beach retreat! Newly renovated in 2011, this charming home is 3 blocks from the ocean and the town of Montauk. You will relax the minute you enter the property, which is large and private. This fully air conditioned house has a brand new open-plan kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, including a six-burner wolf range and antique kitchen island. The kitchen opens to the family room, which has a stainless steel dining table and flat screen TV viewing area with a wood burning fireplace. French doors lead out to the new mahogany deck where you can grill and lounge under the sun or stars. This house has four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have TVs. The giant outdoor enclosed shower is awesome after the beach!
The property is glorious and peaceful--perfect for all sports and games. This immaculate and stunning home has everything you need for an unforgettable summer vacation.

Wonderful for a family getaway

Everything about renting the house, setting up the week and dealing with Chris (the owner) was delightful. We had 3 families with small children and there was plenty of room. We walked or drove to the beach every day, played games int he backyard and cooked almost every night. We could not have been happier as a group. The house gives you the vacation you expect from the description and there's nothing better than that when planning a week with your family. Thanks for everything

Great location away from all of the town traffic. Short walk to beach and town no need for a car. House is very clean and has everything you need. Great for kids of all ages. Looking foward to many more summers.
Recommended for:Families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We are renting this property for the third summer in a row. It's like being in a quaint country cottage but with all the modern conveniences. You are less than a 1/2 mile to the beach. There is a big lawn which is very nice if you have kids. Convenient location to town. The owners have been great to deal with!
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.
If you are looking to stay in Montauk for a week you should stay here!

We have been to Chris's house several times and have wonderful memories of each week we have stayed. The house is set on a large beautiful property and is close to the beach and town. It is also a short walk from a local playground. We highly recommend it, especially for families as there is a lot of room.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
