This beautiful shingled beach house is 3 blocks to the ocean beach and the town of Montauk. This spacious house has decorator furnishings and lots of room for relaxing. It has a great room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling, ample comfortable seating, and dining area. There is also a separate, large, dining room off the sunny kitchen, which has a gourmet Wolf stove. The adjacent breakfast bar is a great place for quick meals and pre-dinner appetizers. The house has three air conditioned bedrooms and two new baths.
The yard is nearly one acre and very private. The property is glorious and peaceful--perfect for soccer, flying kites, or chipping golf balls. There is lots of outdoor lounge seating, a hammock, picnic table, and deck off the great room. There is a enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold) to use after a day at the beach.
