This was our second stay at this house and I will be unable to say enough about it. It is so clean, every room has anything you need like dressers and closets for your clothes tv and dvd player extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen has anything you would need to make meals. This is great for our family as we save so much by being able to cook at the house and not always go out. It is so open and spacious. The pool and hot tub are so relaxing and clean. It has the coolest putting green that my kids loved, and the landscaping is beautiful. Our family enjoyed just hanging at the house and swimming and enjoying the hot tub the most. The owners are very friendly, hospitable and helpful in giving directions and fun things to do. You are not far from the beach or any stores. OBX is the best vacation spot and this house is the perfect location. We are hooked.

We have rented this house many times and are always pleased with everything. They continue to keep the house, furniture, bedding and outside in top condition. We will be back again next year as always as summmer is not complete without a week at Pelican's Par!

The house was more then we expected and we had the best time. The kitchen was stocked, the beds comfortable, and the soundproofing throughout the house was great! We loved having the pool and the hot tub! We loved the location, as being on the golf course offered privacy that the houses directly on the beach just didn't seem to have. Kitty Hawk was beautiful and your house was close to everything we wanted to see and do. We will definitely be back!

We just had our family reunion at this beautiful house. It was wonderful! The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and lots of fun stuff - private pool, hot tub, pool table, etc. Kitty Hawk is a vacation dream location - beaches, parasailing, jet skis, restaurants, shopping - all just minutes away. We are planning our next family reunion at this great house!

This home was a perfect spot for a family vacation with friends. We went off season when the weather was starting to get warm and lucked out with a great week of weather. To sum up this house: perfect location, great views, close to everything, plenty of amenties at the house and surroundings, something for everyone, clean, well equiped, and spacious! We spent most of our days by the pool as we have an infant and needed to be close to home. The pool was a great spot to hangout. The lower level has a kitchenette which made it easy to drab drinks and snacks while at the pool. The private fence was a nice touch and blocked the wind!! I cant say enough great things about this house, the area and the owners! They made every effort to make it a great vacation for us.

Each time we return from our stay at this location, this was our third, I attempt to pick a single word to describe the experience without excitedley rambling through the dozens that instantly come to mind. My favorite is BREATHTAKING with RELAXING a close second. The home is spotless in every aspect. It sits higher than all the other homes around allowing you a spectacular view of the sun as it rises over the ocean. Grab your morning coffee, relax on the veranda, and enjoy. Later you can head for the beach (three minute drive), a little shopping, or hit some of the many sights. Dining any time of the day or evening is only a matter of choosing one of the dozens of fine restaurants along the Banks. One of our favorites is Jimmy Buffets, an awesome seafood buffet. End your day back at this PALACE and relax in the pool or spa. Enough about our experience. Now it's your turn to give it a try and see if you can come up with just one word to describe it.

The "Best Beach House Ever"

Our extended family had one of the best summer beach weeks ever at this beautifully equipped home. Beach parking was easy and plentiful; the pool was incredibly refreshing and so convenient. We had everything we needed for everyone, including the golfers, who enjoyed the nearby course. If there was any energy remaining in the evening, a lovely hot tub awaited. The owners were very, very helpful, the house in beautiful condition, and the realtor also excellent. We would highly recommend this experience.
