Named "Beach Retreat", this beautiful home is located at 19 North Dogwood Drive and is one of Surfside Beach's most relaxing and cozy homes. Surfside Beach is called, "The Family Beach", a relaxed, family-oriented community close enough to enjoy the amenities of Myrtle Beach, but far enough away from all of the traffic and congestion.
This coastal home has its own private pool in a fenced-in courtyard with two covered porches overlooking the pool. The home is located within an easy walk to the beach and within steps of many great restaurants, fishing pier, ice cream shoppe, and much much more. All that Myrtle Beach has to offer is just minutes away. Nightly rental (two night minimum) available in early spring and fall. Pets are not allowed.
This home has four bedrooms and three baths. Upstairs are three bedrooms: #1, Master with King, #2,a Queen, #3, two Doubles and downstairs, #4, two Doubles. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms have a connecting bath and LCD TV's with DVD's. There is also plenty of seating for all whether you are relaxing watching a movie or enjoying a great meal. This home was built in 2003 and we have families returning year after year to vacation here. We think you'll see why when you come to visit. |
