Named "Beach Retreat", this beautiful home is located at 19 North Dogwood Drive and is one of Surfside Beach's most relaxing and cozy homes. Surfside Beach is called, "The Family Beach", a relaxed, family-oriented community close enough to enjoy the amenities of Myrtle Beach, but far enough away from all of the traffic and congestion.
This coastal home has its own private pool in a fenced-in courtyard with two covered porches overlooking the pool. The home is located within an easy walk to the beach and within steps of many great restaurants, fishing pier, ice cream shoppe, and much much more. All that Myrtle Beach has to offer is just minutes away. Nightly rental (three night minimum) available in early spring and fall. Pets are not allowed.
This home has four bedrooms and three baths. Upstairs are three bedrooms: #1, Master with King, #2,a Queen, #3, two Doubles, and downstairs, #4, two Doubles. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms have a connecting bath and LCD TV's with DVD's. There is also plenty of seating for all whether you are relaxing watching a movie or enjoying a great meal.

We spent the last two weeks of October 2010, at the Beach Retreat. The owner's, Betty & Jim were wonderful to rent from. Rooms were immaculate all appliances were in good,working condition, and the kitchen was well stocked with all my needs in cooking utensils. Plenty of room for 5 adults and one toddler to play & relax. Beach only one block away. We swam every day in both the ocean and pool, people could tell we were from the North, water was still warm to us! We look forward to a return visit, and we highly recommend the Beach Retreat as a place to start making sweet vacation memories.

We loved our weekend getaway and the fact the Stanley's are biker friendly to responsible adult's like ourselves. From rental questions prior to us going, we had all of our answer's immediately. This house is beautiful, clean and has all of the amenities of home. The walk to the beach is "very short", and we loved the location being not far from most, yet exclusive enough to not be "stuck in traffic" all the time. We look forward to renting again and taking the kids because there's plenty to do and it's welcoming for just about everyone. Thanks again, and we will see your properties in the future.

The "Beach Retreat" is everything the listing says it is. The photographs are an accurate representation of the property. It is only two blocks from the beach. There rae several good places to eat also two blocks away. You will not be disappointed with the "Beach Retreat".

"Beach Retreat" says it all! We felt like we were truly on vacation the minute we walked thru the door. The home is charming, with great furnishings, and amenities - such as drinking coffee on the beautiful porch, pristine pool and the location is the best, just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. We have stayed here several times. The transactions with the owners were great - quick response to any questions and they keep it absolutely spotless. We love it!
