A fantastic golf course home, 1500-square-foot home in beautiful Mission Royale, an active adult golf course community. This furnished home is in move-in condition. The living room has vaulted ceilings and connects to the tiled dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, stove with self-cleaning oven, and granite countertops.

This home comfortably sleeps two in the luxurious, king-size, leather, sleigh bed with an armoire with a 32-inch color TV with DVD. A bathroom with dual sinks and large glass shower and a walk-in closet complete this room. The second bedroom features a mission-style, queen-size bed with night stands and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a spacious closet. Ceiling fans are in the living room, each bedroom, and the patio.

The oversized double garage has a garage door opener and entrance to the laundry area. A covered patio includes a table and four cushioned chairs.

This beautiful home is located on the ninth fairway within easy walking distance to the golf course pro shop. GREAT VIEW!

  • We enjoyed three great winter seasons in this delightful home. The house is lovely, the setting is wonderful, and the owner is just a great person to deal with. The home is furnished very nicely, the kitchen is fully equipped, everything is clean, neat, and organized. We would still be renting, if we had not purchased a neighboring home!
