My husband and I have stayed in this condo for the past 4 years. The owners have made a real effort to make this place feel like home. The condo is very comfortable and clean. The bedroom has a nice flat screen TV and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you might need to make your own meals. There are lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable, like big, thick beach towels. Most spectacular is the large lanai, the view of Kamaole 3 Park and the daily sunset. You really only have to walk across the street to be at one of the best family beaches on Maui. There's also a nice outdoor shower just inside the property so you can wash the sand off before returning to your room. The grounds are very well landscaped and maintained, with several barbecue areas, a very nice pool with two hot tubs, and internet access in the lobby area. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoy the Wednesday afternoon maitai parties at the pool. The staff provide live music and some home grown hula dancing. The Kihei Boat Ramp is a 5 minute walk away. From there you can take some great day trips to Molokini or the lava caves on the south tip of the island. I recommend Blue Water Rafting. I took two of my girlfriends last year and we had a blast swimming with turtles and dolphins. Wailea is a quick jog down the road, or a five minute drive. Wailea has some spectacular beaches for snorkeling and kayaking. I see dozens of turtles every time I snorkel off one of these beaches. You can find world class shopping at the Wailea Shopping Village. If you're into shopping the Kihei Kalama Village is also a great place to pick up gifts for all your envious friends who had to stay home. Groceries can be found at Foodland in Kihei. Check out the Poke bar for some excellent local food. My favorite restaurant is Cafe O'Lei a few blocks up the street. They have a fantastic and affordable sushi bar, and also an amazing dinner menu. All of the fish they serve is fresh caught that morning. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. If you're looking for a nice brunch, try the Five Palms in Wailea, which has beachfront dining and delicious food. The room has internet access, but not WiFi so bring an ethernet cable. Also the TV in the living room has a VCR, but no DVD player, which we discovered after we had rented a DVD to watch one rainy afternoon. Oh well, we sat on the lanai and read a book instead.
Owner response:Thanks Kelli for your comments. We have really enjoyed renting to you these past 4 years! You have always been a great tenant and we are very glad that you enjoy yourselves when visiting. We are also in the process of changing out the TV in the living room and adding a DVD player.

This condo is very well situated and equipped, with a wonderful large lanai and great view of the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable! The owners were always helpful and replied to any questions in a very timely manner. We would recommend nearby Fred's/ Moose MCgillicuddy's for good, affordable meals. The beach by this resort has good boogie-boarding and snorkeling. The resort itself has beautiful grounds, pool and BBQ areas
Owner response:Thanks Karen for your comments. We appreciate your business and glad you enjoyed your stay!
