  Wow! The condo was great we had an amazing time. The view is awesome from both the front and the back of the condo. This condo is exactly as advertised, very roomy for 8 people. The property is beautiful and well kept. Kids had an awesome swimming at night in the pool, which is open until midnight and daytime in the ocean. I like the idea that security is everywhere, you actually see them walking around checking on things which makes it a great place for families with kids and young adults. This was our fist experience renting through the owner and I will definitely be going back. The staff at Edgewater we came into contact with was great and easy to deal with. Restaurant onsite is awesome as well, great food and prices. We are already planning our stay for next year.

  Once again, what an amazing vacation! This condo has views from every corner. The Master Suite being my favorite...you cannot wake-up better than that on vacation. However, the kids did invade the Master bath w/ the jacuzzi sized tub! The condo was clean, had many of the amenities of home & is warmly decorated. This is the second year in a row my husband & chose to rent this condo w/ our three children. For as long as we vacation in PCB, this will be our spot! The resort itself is a nice atmosphere, the grounds very well groomed. The food at Ocean's is good, they could step-up their customer service a notch. In all, this was a great time for my entire family & couldn't have been happier. I don't see how anyone could be disappointed w/ this condo.

  I rented the condo for a week, took my two grown children with me. We loved the condo. The view from the master bedroom and living room was awesome. the resort is wonderful, all staff were very nice. The on-site restaurant is very reasonably price and food was good. Pools and landscaping are beautiful and nice just to wander around the property. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. When I return to Panama City Beach I will definitely be renting this property again.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We rented our condo (Tower three, 9th floor) through the owner and their rental company. Condo was advertised as "VERY CLEAN." It wasn't even "remotely clean." The owner had told me to contact them IMMEDIATELY if we noticed anything wrong, so they could take care of it and we could "enjoy our vacation." When we arrived at the condo, we found a list of 10 MAJOR things that were broken, or so filthy we couldn't use them. I emailed the owner, she replied and said she would have all of those things taken care of immediately, AND she would be in touch "tomorrow." Well, tomorrow just never came. In sum, we spent a lot of money to rent a "toilet bowl." This is probably the grossest place I have ever stayed. Everything we brought home (clothes) is being washed in the hottest water possible. Anything that could be thrown away, was thrown away. The stench from the condo was unbelievable. About Edgewater resort in general: Wanna rent a moldy-stinky condo? Rent here. Wanna stay in a place where 1 of 2 elevators doesn't work all week? Stay here! Want to rent where the staff at the coffee shop (PATRICIA) is one of the meanest, rudest people (heaven forbid you purchase a drip-coffee from her. She'll actually have to WORK to hand you the cup and take your money), stay here! Waitresses at the restaurant on site? RUDE. We constantly felt we were being so inconsiderate for eating at the restaurant (again, made the wait staff actually do their job, serving cold food). We tried staying here instead of the usual place we travel to in Ft Myers Beach. NEVER will I make that mistake again. I found a great place in Ft Myers, through a rental company that actually stands by their words, and we will not venture from there for another beach vacation. My family and I are so disappointed. All of our saved vacation money, down the drain.

I am sure as our prospective customers read this and our other reviews that this review will have as much credit-ability with them as it does with me. Please also note that the negative comments go beyond our condo; to the area, the resort, the restaurant, the waitress, etc. This should also bring the credit-ability of the review into question: If this condo was as bad as stated, one would also wonder why this person did not ask for a refund or to be moved immediately. They did not ask for either. I believe this review was written to leverage me into offering a refund which I did not do. It's like the person who eats a restaurant meal, cleans up their plate and then demands a full refund. Beyond the 5 star reviews listed, I will be happy to provide customer references if there are still concerns about us or our condo. We have been in business since 1998 and have many satisfied customers that return every year for their vacations in our condos. We are proud of this achievement and THIS condo! We would love to add your name to our address file of over 1000 very happy customers. You will be very pleased with this condo because it is extremely nice. The foundation of our condo rental success comes from our loyal customers.returning to our condos. The referrals they give for us are our best advertisement.

  My family and I stayed in this condo the last week of March and had a wonderful time! The condo was so clean and had plenty of room to accomodate my family. We loved waking up every morning with the fantastic view from right in our bed! We will definitely be calling Pam the next time we are in PCB! Thanks to them for sharing their wonderful condo and helping make our Spring Break a memorable one!

  My sister and I enjoyed a get away from it all time at this beautiful condo. I cannot imagine anything that we needed or wanted that was not right there. The condo was beautifully decorated. The owners were the most pleasant people. Edgewater had so many great amenities from readily available elevators, to 11 pools in the area. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and all employees and other guests that we met were very personable. I do not hesitate to reccomend this to anyone interested in a great beach vacation.

  Our family stayed in this unit over spring break. We have stayed at Edgewater in prior years and there are a lot of things we love about this unit. The keyless entry is so convenient! No hassles with checking in with everyone of who has the key. This unit has a fantastic view of the gulf which is the most important part of being in Florida! We love hearing the waves at night and in the morning with the Master bedroom having the gulf view. The unit is very well maintained and extremely clean, even the bathrooms. We really felt right at home. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need and the living area has plenty seating. We will definitely rent this unit again and we highly recommend it for your vacation.
