Located in the deeded rights community of Punta Gorda Isle. Fantastic waterview from the private over-sized screened Lanai. You will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The unit is located on the second floor of a two story complex. The whole complex has only 18 units between the two buildings. The Condo was completely renovated inside April 1, 2005. The building is completely painted with a new roof after hurricane Charley.
Located approximately one mile from the famous Fisherman's Village with it's great assortment of shops, restaurants, boating and sailing. Quiet neighborhood but shopping at department store (Walmart, CVS, food markets) only two to three miles away.

Stayed for a month: great location to explore SW Florida from. Beautiful solid place, reasonably priced, clean, owner responsive and easy to work with. Our family of four truly enjoyed our stay.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

As a traveling nurse from Naples, it was a great relief to only have to "come home" from a day's work at the doctor's office in Punta Gorda to your condo instead of driving back to Naples every night (I was there every Moonday thru Thursday) . I even spent a few weekends at the condo because I loved the area. The air-conditioning was great all SUMMER long----I hope to get sent their again and would definitely try to have the doctor rent your unit again for me----thanks
