Welcome to our 'American Home,' we call it 'King Villa' because it is a home fit for a king, a real home from home. Why stay in one room when you can enjoy the pleasure of relaxing in our luxurious five bedroom villa with your own pool and spa.
We take pride in our American Home, there is enough space that even when there are 10 guests, no one feels cramped, with 2400 square feet of air conditioned living space there is enough room for everyone.
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms there is no need to queue for the bathroom in the morning. Downstairs there are two master suites with TV's so there should be no arguments over who gets the master suite. The lounge has three comfortable sofas to watch TV or listen to the radio or CD's, if you have nothing else to do.
If you feel the need to cater and dine at home the kitchen is fully equipped with cooker,dishwasher, microwave and an American refrigerator with an ice maker. The dining room leads off the kitchen and the table seats eight comfortably.
Upstairs there are three further double bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a family bathroom. Ideal for the children. A cot and highchair are also there.
The extended pool deck has a patio table and six chairs and four loungers. You have your own 13 by 26 foot pool and spa, just the thing for relaxing with a glass of your favourite drink!

Dear Mr & Mrs Coeshall, Thank you for the cheque received today. As you say we were very lucky to get out of Orlando before hurricanne Jeanne hit. I am so pleased to read that your lovely villa did not received any damage. I know how difficult it is owning property abroad and being so far away when things happen. I think I am just coming down to earth now after such a memorable holiday. It was like fairyland and that was cappedoff by your lovely home. So much nicer than hotels. We did not actually cook anything at the villa as we like to eat out everyday on holiday and experience as much as possible. I also achieved an aim of getting to the Kennedy Space Centre, something I never thoguht I would do. If we go again we would certainaly contactyou about hiring your villa and I would certainally recommend it to any friends contemplating going to Orlando. Thank you once again. Best wishes Pam Wheeler

Dear Jan and Dave Thank you for your cheque to return my security deposit on the booking for your holiday home at Hampton Lakes. On behalf of my family, I would like to congratulate you on your choice of this lovely home, it was just perfect for the 10 of us (including a 15 month old baby). The spacious accommodation just semed to swallow the numbers so that no one was in each others was, plus the furnishings are of top quality and all very comfortable. Everything that we needed for the occasional 'cook in' was there, and we expecially appreciated the ice maker built into the enormous fridge/freezer, the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer also proved very useful. Needless to say the children made full use of the swimming pool, and when the grown-ups were allowed in, we also thoroughly enjoyed it and made the most of the hot tub as well. Should any prospective hirer like to speak independently to someone about your holiday home, Shirley and I would be more than happy to tell them of our experience, and give our top marks recommendation. I would like to think that we can repeat our holiday expeience at 'King Villa' in the not too distant future. Best Regards Colin Dee (May 2004)
