Wonderful, five-bedroom home across the street from Barnegat Bay on the north end of the island. It is a comfortable, well-appointed, shore house - great for a family or two, looking to get away from it all!
There is central air, plus off-street parking for four cars plus a two-car garage for all of your toys. Six beach tags included. It is walking distance to the historic lighthouse, inlet, promenade, nature trails, bay-side activities, ice cream, liquor store, and restaurants.
The second floor has the kitchen, dining area, and living room looking out the sliding doors to a large deck. There are three bedrooms on this floor, one with two twin beds, one with a full-size bed and one with a twin bed. There is also a full bath.
The third floor has two huge bedrooms, one with its own private deck, along with an oversized bathroom with a large whirlpool bath.
Bright and sunny living room with cable TV, DVD player, and VCR as well as a five-disc AM/FM/CD radio. Wireless Internet access and local phone service is also included. Large, front deck with a view of Barnegat Bay, a gas grill, and deck furniture.
Pets are welcome with an additional security deposit.
Primary rentors must be a minimum of 25 years old.
Rentals are Sunday to Sunday so that you miss the Saturday traffic and get to spend more of your vacation time on vacation!
