We had a terrible experience with these owner/managers. After 2 weeks the doorknob lock stopped working. We were locked out of unit on Easter. The owner lives in Ohio and was of no help and didn't care either. They told us to watch a video and to "take a deep breath" to open the door. We had to call a locksmith to let us in and owner would not reimburse us for the expense. Instead they called the police on us and filed a police report!!! The unit is a dump. We could not use the balcony because the door wall would not open except for a few inches and then it came off the track. If there was a fire or an intruder you could not get out.

My husband, myself, and my 3 grandkids (ages 3,6 & 8 years old), stayed at this condo for an amazing 10 day stay. The condo was located on the 2nd floor. We were able to see the ocean as well as the pool. The condo was well kept & clean. Previous years we had stayed at a nearby hotel, so the kitchen was a big plus with a frig, stove with oven, dish washer, micowave, toaster, coffee maker, and any pot - pan - dish - gaget one would need. Unlocking the doorknob was a little trickey, but we soon mastered it. Communication with the owners was exceptional. The kids felt like it was more "home" like than a hotel. My 3 year old grandson still today refers to the condo as the "new home." Having vacationed on the Isle Of Palms for years - we were familiar with the area and attractions. The beach is always clean, the people friendly, and food great. We had a great time at a clean family inviting place.

My wife and I found this rental at the last minute, and thank goodness. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. This was our first time to IOP and glad we chose this place, short walk to restaurants, bars, and gift shops. My only complaint is the condo property does not allow pets, so we had to leave our furry kids behind. But that's not the owners fault all property at this location doesn't allow them. Owner is very receptive to all questions and answers them in a timely manner. Thank you for letting is borrow your place. He had a wonderful time.

GREAT VIEWS FROM THIS LOVELY CONDOMINIUM.THE KIDS LOVED PLAYING AT THE POOL AND THE BEACH.IT IS SO NICE TO BE ABLE TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE OLDER ONES AT THE POOL ,FROM THE BALCONY.THE KITCHEN IS SMALL ,BUT ADEQUATE SPACE TO COOK A MEAL AND ENOUGH SEATING FOR EVERYONE.THERE ARE SEVERAL RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND A BUNCH ACROSS THE CONNECTOR, IN MT. PLEASANT.WHETHER MY HUSBAND AND KIDS ARE BOOGIE BOARDING IT IS ALWAYS RELAXING,QUIET, AND SUCH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE ATLANTIC.
