A former model home, there is a large living/dining room and spacious kitchen with breakfast area. Inside laundry room and double garage. The large master suite has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and compartmented bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a private pool within one block. Renters also have full use of all twelve Green Valley Recreation facilities for a small fee.
