My husband and I along with another couple stayed here in January. Brad was so easy to work with and was very helpful with everything from the booking process to things to do in Steamboat. The distance to the lift is definitely walkable, but there is a free shuttle that comes by regularly. We never waited more than a few minutes. All of the pictures are very true to the condo, everything was updated and clean. We used a grocery delivery service who had our week's worth of groceries waiting in the kitchen when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The Terraces condo complex is a great location with excellent upkeep and you've got to love the heated pool and hot tub. The N21 unit was a surprise. I didnt realize when it said recently upgraded that every component of the condo (for the paint in) has been upgraded- and with state of the art deco, appliances, etc. I'd recommend any single, couple, or family to rent the unit! We enjoyed staying here and spring skiing. The gondola is an easy 2 block walk from the condo. Inside parking is convenient, with lockers for skis. We really enjoyed our stay, the condo is totally redone and modern. New kitchen, baths, marble counters, excellent attention to detail. Extremely comfortable furniture and beds, it's good to find high end fit & finish in a rental condo. Quiet neighborhood, nice pool & outdoor hot tub attached, good parking, a few minutes from the main downtown strip. Our reservation was handled very promptly and professionally, and the condo was great. It was spacious, nicely-furnished and well laid-out, and very clean. And there were lots of conveniences and thoughtful touches: a good supply of dishes and utensils; washer/dryer and iron; some DVDs to choose from; extra pillows; and even membership/discount cards provided for the local grocery stories.
