Two bedrooms sleep six: the master has a king-size bed, a queen and full are in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bath and air-conditioning. Two stories, with two private decks overlook lush landscaping and incomparable sunsets. Your fully air-conditioned condominium is merely 200 feet from the ocean waves. The downstairs has two air-conditioning units and fans for additional comfort, as do each bedroom. The glass doors in the living room and both bedrooms open up to private patios, just seconds to the beach.
The complex offers two swimming pools with a creek connecting them. There are decks with tables, chairs, umbrellas and lounge chairs. A BBQ area is available for your use.

Playa Flamingo is one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica which has a high education level and no standing military. The government is stable as is the economy. We visited Costa Rica 30 years ago and fell in love with it.
