If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful area with lots of sun, clear emerald waters of the Gulf, and miles of beautiful unspoiled beach, look no further. Our beach offers white sugar sand, marine life, and a free public pier with excellent fishing.
Join us for a friendly, comfortable vacation and be assured of the cleanest accomodations on the Beach.
Visit beautiful State Parks (Cape San Blas, St. Vincent, and St. George Island), Panama City, Port St. Joe, and Apalachicola. They are all nearby.

We have been visiting Mexico Beach and staying in this townhouse since 1997! It is a perfect location for a quiet, family vacation at the beach. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with everything you might need. The owners are the most helpful, accomodating people you could ever hope to rent from. The location is perfect - SHORT walk to the beach and pier. My husband and kids enjoy fishing off the pier in the early morning and late evening. The beach is never crowded and is mostly families looking for a similar quiet experience. There are some good restaurants close by, and it is a short drive west to Panama City or east to Port St Joe for more dining choices. Our kids are almost grown, but we plan to continue to visit Mexico Beach for many years to come!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is an adorable place. The owners came over and met me and are a delightful couple. This is definitely a place to return to. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and there was not a single thing that I could think of that I might need that was not provided by these wonderful hosts. I have already recommended it to my work friends, and I am definitely planning a return trip. The beach is a very short walk from the house and the fenced in backyard area is perfect for cooking and dining outside. It was fun being able to sit on the beach and watch people fishing from the pier. As stated, it is definitely "home away from home." Thanks Barb for making my Mother's Day get-a-way such a peaceful, perfect weekend. I'll see you soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

April-December Rate - $150.00 Night Plus Tax. Three nights Rent = $450.00 Plus Tax and clean fee = $530.00. Four Nights is $600.00 Plus Tax & Clean $700.00, Five Nights = $750.00 Plus Tax = $830.00, Six & Seven Nights is $900.00 Plus Tax = $950.00. Refundable Sec. Dep. required $150. Jan - Mar Monthly Rate = $1,300.00 this Includes Tax and utilities). Security Deposit of $250.00 is required for Off Season rental refundable within one-week of your departure if unit is left as it was when entered. We take a lot of pride in our Townhomes cleanliness and keeping it upgraded. We enjoy meeting our guest and always look forward to their return visit.

Beautiful location, quiet and friendly people, very family oriented. Beautiful and Clean Beach, A boaters paradise, wonderful shelling, largest man made artificial reef area for boaters who enjoy fishing and diving in shore and off shore. You can explore the Intercoastal waterways by boat. The Bay is very close for scalloping and excellent fishing. We are fortunate to have safe water no rip tides.
