Lovely Modern and Cool House with Heated Pool Skylights and Tons of Windows. Situated next to a horse farm and nature reserve on over an acre of exquisitely planted property with specimen trees and flowers.
Located down a private dirt lane (very country, very old fashioned). Heated pool, outdoor shower and an expansive wooden deck with lots of outdoor furniture to read and relax on. Sliding glass doors to the pool 'and the living is easy'.
House is comfortably furnished for your relaxing summer vacation time at the beach. Everything is there that you would need, soup to nuts, linens, beach towels, etc. Just bring your suitcase and lots of bathing suits. Use our bikes in the garage to ride to beach. Or walk to town for your morning coffee and muffin.
A healthy walk to the beach (about three miles). Or to temple or church in town. You can also walk to the Chabad services from our house. Perfect for family or mature shares, (no smoking please, no drugs or heavy drinking or large parties).
This is a very special and unique house in a wonderful town. Though the house is modern and airy, it has the artistic feeling of old, relaxed, beachy East Hampton.
We love your wellbehaved pets!! Dogs of all sizes welcomed!!

Year Purchased: 1988
About the owner: This was my parents summer house. I am a World traveler and love meeting new people. I am also a nature lover with an interest in architecture, design and gardening. I do believe that all of lifes problems become much smaller after spending time in a garden! I have also discovered after traveling throughout the USA and Europe few spots are as lovely and tranquil as East Hampton in good old New York State! In particular this is a place to reconnect with nature and the outdoors. You will leave our house feeling refreshed and relaxed. The tip of Long Island has that special light artists have always been inspired by out here. It is also the lovely gardens and sweet smell of the ocean air. Summer breezes over ponds and lakes and outdoor barbecues at night. Relax and kick back, and enjoy the simple part of nature here. Take a hint from the hokey, pokey: 'Thats what its all about!'
Why the Owner Chose East Hampton:
My parents bought this house. They were staying every weekend at different friends houses in the area and in the process fell in love with the Hamptons. They decided it was time to buy their own house, and here it is now with the second generation falling in love with the area all over again!
I hope you too will appreciate the beauty of this world renowned 'small town' East Hampton, New York.
