There are incredible views from nearly every window in this mountain contemporary home, that has four-bedrooms, and three-baths This beautiful home is located in a quiet residential subdivision, 1000 feet above the picturesque Town of Breckenridge. The home overlooks the Arapahoe National Forest as well as the Breckenridge Ski Slopes, which makes this home a perfect retreat for family, couples, or corporate outings. It is just 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and the ski lifts.
The great room has soaring, two-story windows and a large dining area, with wood floors though out. For times when you choose to eat in, the brand new fully-equipped gourmet kitchen includes Granite counter tops, new Monogram appliances, and a breakfast bar with 6 bar stools. The dinning room seats 8-10 comfortable.
Toast your toes with the in-floor radiant heating, fireplace, and warm comforters.
The master suite is an enclosed loft above the great room and includes an incredable private bath with a whirlpool tub, large separate system shower, double sinks and a huge walk-in closet.
There is a laundry room on the lower level. There is also a private hot tub on the deck and the two-car garage is heated.
You will feel right at home in this lodge-style executive home, just a quick 1/2 city block from the free Summit Stage Shuttle pick up point. This bus service runs summer and winter. The friendly bus drivers will whisk you away to the many locations Summit County has to offer, allowing you access to whatever activities you desire.

There are several factors that make this house exceptional. First, the house has some of the best views you'll find in Breckenridge. Second, the house is completely stocked with any cooking utensil, spice, or cooking accessory you may need. This allowed us toavoid spending money on things like sugar or salt and pepper for just a couple of nights. Lastly, the owners are extremely easy to work with and made the trip even that much more enjoyable. A word of warning, the house is at 10,700ft, that made for some altitude issues for flat landers like us. I would recommend keeping hydrated and taking pain killers for the first couple of days...and you won't notice anything except for the amazing views of breckenridge from the awesome hot tub on the deck.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our stay at the "Majestic Mountain Home" was everything we had hoped for, Christmas with family in the mountains. Everything was in perfect order awaiting our arrival, clean, well maintained, spacious, and very beautiful. In the early morning the view is breath-taking as the sun slowly rises casting shades of gold and bronze over the mountain range. For artists, poets, cooks, photographers, adventurers, hikers, skiers, it's a real get away. For family re-unions , grown children and grand children the living space is large and spacious. Bus transportation at the end of the street allows for independence for teen agers who like to explore. Laughter seems to fill this beautiful home.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family has been driving to Colorado to ski as a family for about 15 years. This property is by far the best location of any we have ever stayed at. We have been repeat guest for the last 5 years or so. I use the word guest very intentionally as Cheri and Mike are very accommodating. The house is great but a snowy evening over looking the valley from the hot tub with steaks on the gril. Ahhh that is heaven and at 10,000 feet you are almost there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Breckenridge is awesome! We are an active family and enjoy all the many activities that Summit County has to offer We also appreciate that we have a real town, which offers more of a home feel, not just a vacation destination. We liked being on the free shuttle line which offer freedom to visit many places in Breckenridge and Summit County. The best thing about our house is the view, We have one of the best in summit county and with the new windows there is an unobstructed view of much of the 10 mile range and National forest.

We are located just 5 minute drive to the gondola or town. Just 25 minute drive to Copper Mountain, and Keystone, and 40 minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. We are also close to many of the 14er mountains in the area! There are many Trails in this area for all levels of ability of hiker or mountain biker, also miles of paved bike trails for many hours of family fun!
