Enjoy the fabulous views of the impressive 40-acre lake, which sweeps around the spectacular Mediterranean-style clubhouse. Also, from your lanai, you will enjoy the beautiful southwestern views of the sun setting. This building is conveniently located next door to the private pool and barbecue area.
This first-floor unit features approximately 1800 square feet, two bedrooms, including a master with a king-size, pillow-top mattress, his-and-her sinks, and two walk-in closets. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and its own private full bath. This guest suite has a pocketed door that can close off for even greater privacy. In addition, the sleeping arrangements also include a pull-out, queen-size bed in the den.
The fully-equipped kitchen has been upgraded to include stainless steel appliances and Corian counter tops. A large, bay window warms the breakfast nook for peaceful morning dining. The large living room provides ample seating space for you and your guests. TVs and DVD/VCR players are provided in both bedrooms, as well as the main living area. The decor is comfortable and elegant, and will include higher-end furnishings from manufacturers such as Lexington, Rowe, Hammary, and Padma's Plantation.
Enjoy both formal and casual dining in the magnificent 20,000-square-foot clubhouse, overlooking the stunning lake on the 18th green. Golf, tennis, swimming, and use of the fitness center and spa of Vasari Country Club is available with this rental by paying a one-time (currently $424) transfer fee. With this membership transfer fee, you and your guest would enjoy unlimited golf and only be obligated to pay cart fees.
