Great Tannhauser Condo with incredible mountain views ready for your enjoyment! With 800 square feet this condo is one of the most spacious that you will find for the price! This unit is one of only three in the entire complex that offers an extra window for spectacular mountain views!
A full kitchen awaits you for your cooking enjoyment, including a Keurig coffee maker, so bring your favorites! A supermarket is located just behind the complex, or if you want to dine out, you can walk to some of the many restaurants that line main street.
The main street location allows for perfect access to downtown shopping, the slopes, year round concerts, festivals and fine dining. Just park the car once and you can walk everywhere! You will be close to many walking and biking trails and of course, the ski lift! You can walk across the street, enjoy a hot cup of coffee, eat breakfast and hit the slopes. Afterward, walk back and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub or sauna!
Spend the evening relaxing on the deck watching the beautiful sunset over the mountains. During the day you can watch skiers coming down the mountain or just enjoy the spectacular scenery! You can also watch the 35-inch Flat Screen TV. There are plenty of movies to view, games to play, puzzles to work, all next to a warm fireplace! The condo can easily sleep up to six to eight people. There is a king sized bed, 2 queen beds and a queen sized sleeper sofa. Each bedroom also has a Flat Screen TV.
You can shuttle to this location from the airport and also have shuttle service to get you to other ski areas, an Outlet Mall and surrounding towns! If you enjoy gambling, there is a shuttle service to historic Black Hawk and Central City. Breckenridge offers so much year round entertainment. From skiing in the winter to horse back riding in the summer, you will have lots of activities to choose from! There is Wi-Fi available!

About the owner: My wife Suzanne and I met in Denver in 1992. She used to live and work in Breckenridge for several years. She taught skiing and eventually moved to Denver where we met. We both have always liked Breckenridge and hoped that we would eventually own a property in town. After a lot of research and staying in different places we decided that Tannhauser was a perfect fit for us. Tannhauser had just gone through a renovation of its exterior and we put in a lot of upgrades and personal touches to our condo. It was important for us to furnish our place in a way that we would feel very comfortable, as well as our guests. The location has been our favorite part of owning this condo. It has been so handy for walking to the slopes and just enjoying the activities along Main Street. Suzanne's brother also lives in Breckenridge and is the owner of Michael's Italian restaraunt which is just around the corner. The best Italian food in town!
Why the Owner Chose Tannhauser: Location was a very important factor for us in choosing this location as we wanted to avoid driving as much as possible. Everything from dining to skiing is within walking distance.
