  My boyfriend and I decided to take a road trip around the US while we could and stayed at this wonderful condo. We checked in on my birthday and my boyfriend popped the questions the next day on top of the tallest point to snowboard in breckenridge. We enjoyed the walk, literally, across the street to the lift and then walked around town enjoying the shopping, brewery, and the local pizza place on the next street up. The three days flew by so quick but we will definitely be back again. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location to see Breckenridge downtown and snowboard at the same time.

  We took a last minute trip up to Breck with a friend from Nashville and our two dogs. This condo was perfect!! Everyone was friendly, the place was clean and had everything we needed. We were a quick walk to the lifts and a ton of great places to eat. The views are stunning!!! Looking forward to our next trip up!! Thanks Jeff

  We stayed during President's Day Weekend, and couldn't have been more pleased with the location of this condo. It is 1.5 blocks from Blue River Sports, and 1 block from Empire Burger and Cecilia's nightclub. The shuttle stop is also directly in front of this condo... which can take you to the Gondola in about 10 minutes. The property photos are a fair reflection of the appearance. The owner was extremely responsive via phone and email. This was an excellent value and we will stay here again.

  Jeff was great from the moment I inquired about the place all the way till after we left his place. My friends flew in from Florida for Christmas vacation and we had lost the place we had previously booked to stay in Breckenridge. Jeff helped us last minute secure his place. The location is great, you can walk to the slopes (we didn't because we had a 6 year old with us) but the drive to the lot that with the gondola that goes to the slopes was less than a minute. The place was clean, just a few dog hairs. The complex is quiet, which was surprising for being on main street. We had four adults, a child and a weimaraner with us and the condo never felt cramped. I would recommend this to anyone and I hope to stay there again soon when I hit the slopes. Thanks Jeff!

  This was the perfect weekend getaway. The view was amazing and right on main street close to everything. The condo was more than pleasant, plenty of room for 4 - 6 people. The staff on the grounds were very helpful and accommodating. The town has many things to do and see. I would recommend this to anyone. The property was very clean and well kept. Downstairs at Eric's was an exceptional establishment for food and beverage(highly recommended). Hope to come back soon.

  We stayed here for about 3 nights and could not have stayed at abetter place. The location is the best thing about the condo. The famed crape cart is only a block or so away (which we ate every night, try this: nutella, cheesecake, banna, chocolate and whip topping! CRAZY!) Rasta pasta is right across the street and was surprisingly good, beck brewerey is a must. The unit is very nice with upgraded stainless steal appliances. The tv is operated by a light switch on the wall, which we didnt find out until we left. I didn't care because sitting and visiting with the family while looking out at the slopes was far superior than any tv. The people down stairs were very nice and there for anything you may need. All in all, i WILL stay here again, and would recommend this unit to ANYONE (elderly people and people with heart/respiratory issues should find a dif unit, the three flights of stairs was not an easy task, but well worth the private porch and views)

  We stayed up here for Thanksgiving 2011. The place is great! Just a short walk to the slopes, a few blocks from the grocery/liquor store and being right on Main Street makes it great for dining/night life. The condo itself is a great size. We had 6 people and a dog stay comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked (we brought some extra pots/pans for cooking our turkey dinner but wouldn't have needed to otherwise). Everything is clean and well maintained. We had a little contact with the property managers and they were quite helpful-they were even able to get us an extra parking pass for our stay since the lot wasn't full at that time. The hot tubs are a great bonus too! This was personally my first time using VRBO and Jeff made the experience extremely pleasant. He responded to emails and any questions I had very quickly and kindly. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

  This condo is in a great location near many shops, restaurants, bars, and, of course, right across the street from the Peak 9 lifts (maybe a 5-10 min walk). The condo itself was in great condition (clean, many kitchen accessories, and cozy with 4 people), had a great view of the mountains from the front balcony, and with the king size bed, two queens, and sofa was perfect (pictures were spot on). Might want to recommend putting in a flat screen tv to make the place more modernized, but that was the least of our worries as we were on the mountain and walking around town most of the day and night. Overall, a great place and the price was extrememly fair (best I found for this time of year) for what you get considering the condo itself and its location. We also had a dog with us, which was very nice because few places allow dog. Would defintely recommend this property to others, but don't take it because I'll want to come back!!

  Had a great early season weekend in Breck! Condo is in a great location, was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend it and we will definitely stay here again!

  Great location for my wife and two kids. Right on Main Street, easy access to all there is to do in Breck. The views from the patio were wonderful!
