This charming and quiet two bedroom single story beach house is perfect whether you are seeking a romantic getaway, family fun, or just some rest and relaxation.
This recently remodeled and upgraded beach house is located in a quiet, exclusive residential neighborhood--right up the street from a white sand beach. Large microfiber couch and big comfy lounge chair. The outisde private fenced area has two sitting aeas and BBQ. The house comes with a designated off street parking spot behind the property.
The two bedrooms are furnished with king and queen beds. There is also a futon couch for your extra guests. Both remodeled bathrooms have new tumbled stone tile and the master bath includes a new jacuzzi tub.
The fully stocked kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances and the tumbled tile. There is also a kitchen bar with bar stools.
The hardwood floors and wood ceilings give a warm feeling to the tastefully furnished retreat. You will be located in a friendly neighborhood and just a short 3 minute walk down the street to some of the most beautiful sandy beaches and coves in La Jolla.
The beach at Wind n Sea is breathtaking. It is great for swimming and surfing or just sitting on the sand in the warm summer and winter sun. The home is about 1.2 miles south of The Cove ...a famous beach where distance swimmers swim year round. Low tide brings amazing tidepools teeming with sealife waiting to be explored.
Convenience store, Health Massage Spa, Gym, SK Beauty Spa, La Jolla Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Center, Pilates Studio, Antigue Store, Bagel Shop, and several restaurants and fast food places all within one to two block easy walking distance.

Our Perfect Beach Vacation

This past week has been perfect in every way. With such close proximity to the beach it was easy for us to stroll down with the kids at our leisure and enjoy the sunsets with our dog. We found some lovely little places close by to eat. There was little need for a car because everything was so close but it was very convenient that the house comes with a parking spot behind the house. This immaculate home was decorated tropically on every detail and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for any type of cooking. Linens and beach items were supplied with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Just as much as we enjoyed the beach, we enjoyed sitting in the private fenced patio reading or just soaking in the sun. We only wish that we could have stayed longer. Thank you Laurie for you sharing this lovely home with us. We will be back as soon as we can!
