Updated and tastefully decorated two bedroom, one and a half bath Ocean Edge townhouse with many upgrades! This unit has a full-size dining room table which comfortably seats six. Living room is spacious and has a beautiful corner fireplace and oak mantel with slider overlooking a lovely view of the grounds. This unit has a terrific back yard! Kitchen has an extra four and a half feet of cabinets and counter space and a full-size refrigerator and brand new stove, all of these come in handy in preparing your family's meals. There is a full-size washer and brand new full size dryer (not the standard compact-size appliances).
Master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twins. There is room enough for an aerobed if needed. Each of these bedrooms is fully enclosed, not lofts like many of the units, and there is a normal staircase! Queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs. This is a two floor townhouse.
This unit has a split ductless air conditioning system, oversized to more than adequately handle the cooling of this unit (one unit in living room and one in master bedroom). There are also ceiling fans in each room if you prefer the wonderful Cape Cod fresh air. Lovely patio with outdoor table and chairs and a gas grill. This unit has one of the nicest back yards in the complex - open and spacious! Three TVs are included - one in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room, also a VCR in the living room. Linens are included. This unit comes with a pool pass. This is a non-smoking unit. A $300 security deposit is required upon rental. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the week. Upon deposit, a rental agreement will be sent out. This unit is rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday.
