Updated and tastefully decorated two bedroom, one and a half bath Ocean Edge townhouse with many upgrades! The unit is in Howland Village. This unit has a full-size dining room table which comfortably seats six. Living room is spacious and has a beautiful corner fireplace and oak mantel with slider overlooking a lovely view of the grounds. This unit has a terrific back yard! Kitchen has an extra four and a half feet of cabinets and counter space and a full-size refrigerator and brand new stove, all of these come in handy in preparing your family's meals. There is a new full-size washer and full size dryer (not the standard compact-size appliances).
Master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twins. There is room enough for an aerobed if needed. Each of these bedrooms is fully enclosed, not lofts like in many of the units, and there is a normal staircase not circular staircase! Queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs. This is a two floor townhouse.
This unit has a split ductless air conditioning system, oversized to more than adequately handle the cooling of this unit (one unit in living room and one in master bedroom). There are also ceiling fans in each room if you prefer the wonderful Cape Cod fresh air. Lovely patio with outdoor table and chairs and a gas grill. This unit has one of the nicest back yards in the complex - open and spacious! Three TVs are included - one in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room, also a DVD in the living room. Linens are included. This unit comes with a pool pass for use in any of the Ocean Edge pools and fitness center. This is a non-smoking unit. A $300 security deposit is required upon rental. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the week. Upon deposit, a rental agreement will be sent out. This unit is rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday. **Please note: Ocean Edge Resort has instituted new fees for renters using the pools/tennis/fitness -$40/week or $10/day per adult, $25/week or $5/day per child (age 4-15). .**
Golf is available at the Captains Golf Course in Brewster. Bicycle and kayak rentals are available nearby. Tennis courts are available at Ocean Edge, but there is a fee for court rental.
Owner owns the Pepper House Inn in town, and is available and nearby to help with recommendations for activities and dining. Please call for other accommodations.

Why the Owner Chose Brewster
This is one of the cheeriest and sunniest units in the complex. The Howland area where we are located is not over crowded like some other areas. There is a great big open back yard, and a good sized parking lot next to our building - never a lack of a parking space at the end of the day.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Enjoy a great warm gas fireplace for your winter vacation. In the summer the oversized very efficient A/C is much quieter than thru the wall units.
Wonderful State Park - walking trails, camping, ponds, public swimming, public fresh water beach, small boat rental in summer
Entrance to 28 mile Cape Cod Rail Trail inside Ocean Edge - Bike Trail is flat and paved

I personally updated this unit with lots of extras to make it homey and very easily liveable. We've been renting for 7 years and have been updating the unit all the time. About half of our renters are repeat customers who come back every year, some for 6 & 7 years. I'm local and very knowledgeable, so if there is ever a problem we are in town & can quickly remedy it.

Two of the families that rent this unit have rented for the past 7 years. One stays for 2 weeks. They and their children have a great time and thoroughly enjoy this unit and its location.
