This is our private 2nd home, not another of the typical Investment or Time Share Rental Properties. You'll discover for yourselves after a couple of renting experiences, a good majority of Vacation Rental properties in the Valley are actually just real estate investments for their Owners. Nothing more. Their Fiscal Profit Margins are the drivers for their investments.
Whereas with us, there is a very important line we must not cross. That line is where we move from "just breaking even" to making a "profit". Our Federal Taxes provide the foundation for our Guests an opportunity to rent a superior vacation home @ very reasonable prices - much less than booking a Suite in a 4/5 Star Hotel for the same time frame.
We've decorated and outfitted our 2nd home with all the amenities and special touches we enjoy on a daily basis here in Seattle. When we are down in the Desert, we require our surroundings and items we use on a daily basis to be equal and as nice as those in the Northwest. We attract the more discriminating Guests whose required standards are much higher than some.
It's unfortunate, but our home is not suitable for Children or Teens.

Our home is rated as a "Delux Property" by the Travel Industry. It truly can be called a 5 STAR DESERT VILLA. It is centrally located in Palm Desert and close to everything going on in the Valley. We are surrounded by over 50+ Golf Courses. The highest ranked 12 Golf Courses in the Valley are less than 10 minutes drive away.
2 Master en suite Bedrooms, Powder Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, Den, 3 fully decorated and furnished Private Patios & 1 Atrium, Double Car attached Garage. Our home is surrounded by Privacy Walls and has a Front Gate before entering the Front Door. Privacy is our #1 Claim and the reason why we are always booked solid during High Season.
Our home is located on a quiet Cul de Sac within the exclusive& Private Ironwood Country Club. It is in a Guard Gated community of Palm Desert. It's 20 minutes from the airport, nestled in the foothills of the mountains, away from the continuous winds of the Coachilla Valley. Being centrally located, it's less than a five minute drive from Ironwood's front gate to the famous World Class Shopping Meca; El Paseo Drive. On El Paseo are the top gourmet restaurants, the majority of Palm Desert's night life and the entrance to all recreation activites in Palm Desert
Our 5 Star Villa has 1800 square feet, vaulted ceilings, abundant windows, a surrounding patio with beautiful views. Our patios are totally private. The Master Bedroom patio is perfect for sun bathing au natural. You'll find you are surrounded by stunning interiors with Kreiss furniture which is not usually found in vacation rentals. All your expectations with be surpassed.
The large community pool and spa are just steps across the Cul de Sac. You're provided a gourmet kitchen fully equiped with amenities also not usually provided. A large, well appointed wet bar is close to the formal dining room. This villa is outfitted for entertaining and luxurious comfort.
Games, movies, and a music library for the sound system with four flat screen TVs/DVD players are provided for your entertainment. Both bedrooms have private baths, 900 Thread Count sheets, silk blankets,luxury towels & linens,silk spa robes, slippers and top of the line spa products of bath salts, lotions,etc. The amenities are really equal to a 5 Star Hotel. The Master Bedroom with private patio, also has the ease of a walk-in shower with seat for comfortable bathing.
With more than 50+ local golf courses available within minutes of your front door, you'll have every opportunity to improve your game. A detailed, leather bound Information Book & Guide has been compiled to assist you with any questions you may have about where the best restaurants can be found, entertainment attractions, and where the very best public and semi-private golf courses are located.
Our Information Book provides you telephone numbers, driving directions, course descriptions, tee time schedules, fees plus everything you need to know for getting out on those links. Paging through our Guide proves you don't need to limit yourself by vacationing on one golf course and paying a premium, when you have the availability to play an exciting, different course every day of the week and save.

January and February 2005 was the first time we vacationed in Mrs. Rothwell's villa. We've been vacationing in Palm Desert each year for many years and have yet to stay in a nicer, more together place. It's really beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased. Everything she said in her ad was true. She even had robes for us! It was stocked with everything anyone would need. Even Spa Products. We especially enjoyed the 1930's and 1940's music. I also found that Golf really is available only a few minutes drive away on many, many courses so we really didn't have to stay on a golf course. We found all the data we needed in her guest book of information. We've already made our reservations for two months in 2007 and we'll not ever stay anyplace else. Mr. & Mrs. Bryer Helmer
