Playa Royale is the newest luxury oceanfront Condo by Paradise Village. This property was delivered in 2005. Relax and enjoy as if it were your own. Everything is of the highest quality and brand new in this gated community. It even has a parking spot. This has been professionally decorated with state of the art appliances custom made, hand crafted furniture, and linens are included.
Playa Royale is built by the owner of Paradise village so he has offered a social club membership to the owners and renters. The cost of the social club is $75.00 for up to 5 people for the length of stay in the room. The fee allows you certain amenities and you can not go on Paradise Village property unless you purchase this plan. This allows you access to the restaurants and bars on the Paradise Village property. You also have the following:Beach Club, discount on golf,Free access to the golf club facilities, sports club, gym facilities, spa facilities, Country Club, Marina slips rentals,Discount on fishing and aquatic sports rentals,Exclusive Owner Concierge service, Kids club at the sports center. Sleeping area can hold up to eight people although the maximum is 6 for a 2 bedroom unit. The master bedroom has a king bed (sleeps two), the second bedroom has two queen beds (sleeps four) and the living room has a queen pull out sofa couch (sleeps two).There is a bath in the master bedroom and another SECOND FULL BATH AND LAUNDRY ROOM off of the second bedroom. All rooms have TV"S with satellite.

Why the Owner Chose Playa Royale
We purchased a timeshare at Paradise Village in 1994 with the intent to use the point to vacation anywhere we wanted. Every year when vacation came everyone wanted to go back there because we loved it so much and really felt safe. We love the warm weather and wish at this point we could live in the warm full time, however we are stuck in the midwest for a while. We looked for retirement property in Florida but to be at the ocean was risky especially during hurricane season because if we were not there who was going to board it up. Coming to Puerto Vallarta and being in a condo made it feel like home and we loved that feeling. There are plenty of thing to do and see and the restaurants are great with friendly people. Best of all is the home atmosphere and tropical weather. We have made many wonderful friends here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Playa Royale has all the amenities of a resort without the hassle. The condo is just steps from the beach. Within walking distance is a casino, work out facility, spa, a mall which has a grocery store, restaurants and gift shops. The golf course accommodates all skill levels. The Paradise Village Hotel's facilities are open to guests at Playa Royale.
The wonderful staff at Playa Royale will even make reservations for you at shows, or dinner.
Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set over the ocean in our lounge chairs never gets old.
There are plenty of sights to see. If you are looking for a romantic evening, don't miss Rhythms of the Night. A party boat takes you across the bay and you exit at Las Calletas for a show and a candle lit meal on the side of a mountain overlooking the bay.The food and entertainment were great. If you love the dolphins than you can swim with them through Vallarta Adventures, a great experience. Love turtles? This is a great experience, every Thursday they release turtles into the ocean that have been nursed back to health right on the beach.
A great surfing community with beautiful white sand beaches. This community also offers great shops and restaurants.
This is the home to a great dinner show and dinner called Rythem of the nights.
Great place to eat and they even have water falls. Take a tour or venture out on your own
Fully equiped 2 bedroom condo with an oceanview.
About a 10 min ride in Nuevo to the Wal-Mart. Great shopping and also in the lot is a great shrimp restaurant. So go eat and than shop so you can relax.
Great SHopping Mall. They also have a large grocery store with many great items available. It is a one stop shop. The mall has several quaimt shops. You can have you car washed outside while you shop and there is also a cinema.
If you want to pick up something quick you can use the local plaza but as with anything else you pay a little more for convience.
This is a great off the path Mexican Restaurant. If you like authentic food and are adventureous the food is great. The menu is in Spanish and English and there usually is one waitress/waiter that speaks English but it is worth the language barrier.
Staying for a long period of time than shop at the great Costco just off Highway 200 towards Puerto Vallarta.
This great sports bar is located right accross the street from this wonderful great gated community.
This is a great restaurant within walking distance of the condo. They offer good food for everyone not just fajitas but also seafood and steaks.

Bob is a retired Assistant Police Chief, Pam is a Project Manager, and our son is a Firefighter. We enjoy the warm weather and living in Illinois is quite cold in the winter. We wanted to retire in the warm tropical weather. We chose Playa Royale because of the location and the weather and for us it is the perfect place. We also love going to the market and getting fresh fish to put on the grill.

We stayed at Playa Royale April 20-April 30/11. The entire experience was awesome. The condo was very, very nice, the staff were very kind and helpful. The view of the pool, courtyard and the ocean were amazing, especially at sunset. Playa Royale is perfect for a family, it is a 5 star complex. You can walk around Nuevo with a real sense of safety. The gym you have access to is amazing! Although we didn't golf it was PGA quality. The restaurants were very nice! The Beach Club and the Palapas on the beach were of the best in Nuevo along the 3 miles of beach I ran. If you want a little more action it's an easy cab ride to PTO. We were more than content at the resort in Nuevo.The owners communicated well and everything you needed to know, arrangements with the staff, how to navigate your way from the airport etc.were in place. Definite plans to return. Could definitely buy there! Wouldn't change a thing. The weather, sunny and hot! The cervesa cold! What else could you want?Thanks

Our stay was great. The condo was in excellent condition. Check in and service was exceptional. We generally walked down the beach and spent the middle part of each day at Paradise village, and later day at the pool or cooking area at Playa Royale. We had a particularly nice experience sitting in the condo hot tub at night while it was pouring rain. We hope to be able to return soon.

We had a great time at your condo. Everything was very nice. The area was a little quiet but the pool and club facility were great. We did use Paradise Village restaurants for dinner. The food was excellent. What a beautiful place, lay back on the beach and view the ocean and the mountains, what more can you ask for

We stayed here in mid-April 2009 and had a great time. We have a family of four, including two girls aged 4 and 7. The private pools and beach area made a huge difference in our ability to enjoy our vacation (the Paradise Village facilities were overcrowded with people). Also worthwhile is the $75 for the temporary membership, which gave us access to the spa, workout facilities, and other areas in Paradise Village. The membership also allowed us to remove our wristbands and avoid all the timeshare hounds. I would suggest avoiding all resort restaurants and take taxi's to the restaurants run by locals in the area when eating out.

We just returned from Spring Break, March 2009. We had an awesome week in this very relaxing condo. We never were crowded either at the pool or beach. It was wonderful to be able to prepare our own meals for our kids. We rode the local buses into Puerto Vallarta for food and shopping. The local food store was also used by us and is only a 10 minute walk away. The owners were very pleasant to work with. We will return to this relaxing condo in the future.

Our vacation in Puerto Vallarta was probably the most relaxing vacation I have ever had--and my very favorite place was on the patio in a lounge chair (with the pool being a close second). The staff was so very friendly and helpful, and we always enjoyed visiting with them. Since there were no electronics on the trip, my college-age son and I had some wonderful conversations which really meant a lot to me. Thanks so much for making your wonderful condo available to us--we can't wait to return!

We stayed in your condo from June 14 to the 24th. I just wanted to fill you in on our trip.we had a wonderful time and your condo was perfect. Nobody even wanted to go to the pool at Paradise Village since we loved the peacefulness of your location. It could not have been nicer. The four people in the main lobby were just terrific. Fidel, Rafael, edith and Luis were superb. We were always greeted with smiling faces. They went out of their way to make us feel so special. By the end of the week we were good friends. Just an example of their service: we played alot of shuffle board, and then decideed to give Bocee ball a try. None of us knew how to play. We went to pick up the set and asked Rafael if he knew the rules. He said he did not but within minutes he had gone on the internet and handed us printed copies!!! They booked our reservations, got us cabs and as I said did all they could for us. If our suits were too wet to enter the lobby they came to the door to see what we needed. Poolside food and drink service was great. Hooray for Ramon and Iveth. They never grew tired of bringing us food and drinks which were wonderful.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was so quiet and peaceful. It seemed like we had the pool to ourselves each day. We found the unit to be very comfortable, spacious yet we all felt quite cozy in it. It was immaculate when we arrived and the staff was very friendly and helpful. hi pam, we had a fabulous time in paradise village...the condo was great, very comfortable, and what a view, beautiful sunsets every night... the beach and pool were very quiet, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and we got lots of use out of the barbecue area...we discovered a little 'mexican' farmers market that seemed to be where the locals shop..it is just down the road that runs next to sam's club...we got a kilo of big prawns and a kilo of sea-bass for $20...very yummy....another couple told us about a restaurant in bucerias called 'sandrinas'...it is right down the street from 'mark's', we had a great dinner there. at the end of the two weeks we didn't want to leave....we would definitely do the trip again.... thanks for your help and organization, it was a pleasure dealing with you.. clare

We stayed at this condo Nov. 23-30, 2006 and it is absolutely gorgeous! One of the nicest places I have ever stayed....and the grounds were so beautiful. We practically had the pool and beach to ourselves, and the staff were very accomodating and friendly. My family would definitely stay here again.....we loved the area and the condo.
