One side of the house is bordered by Nashaweena Park, which offers a pleasant stroll to the beach and waterfront, while just around the corner you will find tennis courts and baseball fields.
Inside, you will find freshly refinished antique hardwood floors, a completely repainted interior, virtually all new furniture, a Dell computer with broadband, washer/dryer, and a whirlpool tub. Three air conditioners keep the place cool and each room comes equipped with either ceiling or window fans.

This is a great house in a great location! It really is steps to the beach and downtown OB. We had some problems with the refridgerator, but things ended up working out and the owner is really responsive to concerns.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
