With wall-to-wall windows there are park views, mountain views, and a view of the sunrise. We are close enough to the ocean to hear the waves at night!
Relax by Prince Kuhio Resort's large swimming pool, which is surrounded by tropical gardens and flowers with a waterfall, koi pond, outdoor gas barbecue, and picnic tables. Just across the narrow road in front of the park is one of Kauai’s best snorkeling beaches where turtles and reef fish provide an unbeatable experience. Lawai Beach, just steps away, has excellent swimming and is one of the island's best snorkeling beaches. It also has three great surf spots.
We have a rental agency on the island that manages our condo so that our guests have someone to call if they need assistance. We also have Internet service.
Golfers can tee off at several nearby courses. Ocean divers, as well as those interested in sport fishing, can go to nearby Kukuiula Harbor for charter boats. Because of the location on the south shore, all points and activities on the island are accessible in a little more than an hour. Lihue Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.
Dinner is served right next door at the Beach House Restaurant, a popular oceanfront restaurant known for its good food and romantic sunsets. The south shore of Kauai has many restaurants close by that offer a wide variety of delicious choices including Hawaiian Regional Cuisine, which is created with fresh, local ingredients.
Nearby activities include golf at Kiahuna Golf Course or Poipu Bay Resort Course, the site of the annual PGA Grant Slam of Golf, tennis, sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, ocean tours, and whale watching.
The kitchen is a fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, and linens. There is a new king bed (sleeps two), Croscill bedding, free local phone service, beach towels, hairdryer, beach chair, reserved covered parking. Internet service.
