Our executive home is situated in a pristine setting far from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and 22 major Golf Courses including Bay Hill, Disney, Celebration, Harmony, etc. We are minutes from the Premium Outlet Mall, The Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia, BJ'S, and Sam's Club, and every chain restaurant to exclusive upscale restaurants. You can walk to a Super WalMart.
This exclusive gated community houses large lake (with beach and volley ball) which is home to a wide range of waterfowl and beautiful birds. Also on site there is a private clubhouse with exercise room, games room, refreshments, and computer with a "hot Spot" for your notebook. Not to mention the large communal pool and hot tub. Lake Berkley is a 24/7 guard gated community.
The house is superbly fitted out and has four bedrooms (king, queen, and two twin rooms) and two bathrooms (en-suite for the master bedroom). There is a large family room with dining area. Open plan kitchen (complete with all appliances) with breakfast table. The living room includes a TV, cable, stereo CD player, VCR, PS2, and DVD player and opens out to the private heated pool.
The house also comes complete with free broadband internet with WiFi and ethernet connection.
The house is professionally managed and comes complete with fresh linens, a welcome pack and a cleaner to make your stay even more relaxing. Any special requirements, such as high chairs or cribs, can be arranged. Enjoy your home-away-from-home on Disney's doorstep.

When we were looking to purchase a property we really did shop around and Lake Berkely stood out head and shoulders above the rest.
It's a private gated community which is immaculately maintained and includes some great features which most other developments just can't offer including a tennis court, gym and a club house with a games room for the kids.
The community also has 24 hour security including a manned gatehouse so you can relax in the comfort that your family is safe and secure.
The community is also close to major attractions, restaurants and Walmart, so everything is right on your doorstep.
