This beautiful, twentieth-floor, direct oceanfront penthouse is located on 110th Street. This unique unit features two large private oceanfront balconies with spectacular views. It features five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Open floor plan includes over 3400 square feet, including a 20 foot by 40 foot living room with brand new furniture, complete with a sit-down wet bar with refrigerator, large ceiling fan, and oversize oak dining table. Also included are six color TVs (one in each bedroom plus one in the great room) with HBO and Showtime, a VCR and DVD players, as well as wireless high-speed internet, CD player and stereo. Two reserved covered parking spaces are conveniently located directly in front of the lobby door. Other features include two master suites and ocean views from every room! The unit has two hot water heaters, a two-zone air system, as well as a washer and dryer.
Bedroom One, the master suite with a huge private oceanfront balcony, has a king-size bed and a full bath. Bedroom Two, the second master suite, has a queen bed and a full bath. Bedroom Three has one double bed, Bedroom Four has two twin beds, and Bedroom Five also has two twin beds. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the great room. There is one additional full bath and one additional half bath.
The Capri is a perfect vacation spot for year-round fun! Building amenities include Ocean City's largest indoor heated pool that is open 7 days a week year-round (there is one week a year in January when the pool is closed for maintenance). Indoor facilities include a newly-remodeled ocean lounge, fitness center, tennis lounge, saunas, half-court basketball, as well as a video game room with table tennis, foosball, pool table, and arcade games.
The Capri is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, movie theaters and a shopping mall. A bus stop is located in front of the building for ease of navigating Ocean City. The building features a secure lobby, three elevators and 24-hour security onsite.
Wireless internet access is provided at no additional charge - just bring your own laptop!
Rentals are NOT allowed to high school or college groups - NO EXCEPTIONS! Renters must be above 25 years old and be able to show proof of full-time employment.
Absolutely NO pets are allowed in The Capri; any evidence of pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
