Jason's Haven is a private luxury vacation home. It's a custom-built designer home located in the exclusive Red Creek area of Hampton Bays privately situated on two acres of land. This home has 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms with marble and ceramic tile, and designer furniture throughout the house. There are 2 kitchens, 1 full kitchen on the main level and 1 apartment size kitchen on the lower level. There's plenty of room for many occasions with over 5000 square feet of luxury grand living space.

The great room is open with plenty of windows that display light throughout the house. The great room has a dual sided marble wood burning fireplace separating the dining room and great room. The fireplace is perfect on a cold winter night. The great room has a 50 inch HDTV, DVD, VCR and Audio with Dolby surround sound (speakers in wall throughout entire house) and digital cable for your entertainment.

The media room has a 42 inch plasma TV and DVD with wrap around sectional leather sofa, along with a bathroom en-suite. Close the doors, turn down the lights, and enjoy your favorite movie.

The main kitchen boasts state of the art appliances, utensils and cookware. The wine cooler is a nice addition for keeping your preferred beverages cool especially during summer.

The main level has 2 bedrooms, both with 2 full size beds, cable TV, and en-suite marble bathrooms. The master bedroom, situated upstairs, has a king size bed, with TV, DVD and digital cable, and plenty of sitting area for your reading enjoyment. The oversized master bathroom has a 2 person Jacuzzi tub, a bidet and a jetted steam shower. It also has its own private balcony overlooking the professionally designed and maintained wooded backyard landscape and beautiful in-ground 40 foot heated gunite swimming pool with spa.

The lower level has 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 4 twin beds), cable in each room and 1 bathroom. On the lower level, the media center boast a 72 inch plasma TV and DVD with Dolby Digital Surround sound. You'll think your at the movies. The recreation room has a pool table, and an apartment size full kitchen. There’s Playstation 2 and Nintendo GameCube for video game fans (please bring your favorite games). New exercise room with recumbent bike and treadmill with hardwood floor and mirrors on the wall.

Jason's Haven is set up to serve your business needs as well. There is a complete business center with computer (Microsoft Office software), high speed internet, printer and fax machine, allowing our guest to take care of business. Bring your laptop, WIFI connection available. Local and domestic long distance phone calls are free of charge.

The exterior of the house has an oversized deck that spans from one end of the house to the other end, perfect for entertaining on a nice summer day. There's plenty of deck furniture including an outdoor bar. The 20x40 heated gunite swimming pool and spa, includes a kiddy pool area, slide and diving board.

The pool area includes a swinging bench under the pergola and an open fire pit to warm yourself on cool nights. However, if you prefer the beach, you’ll have less than a 10-15 drive to the bay, sound or ocean. To view the waterfront is just a short walk away. Just completed summer of 2005, professionally installed playground area for child at heart.

This house is perfect for entertaining or just enjoying yourself in a quiet peaceful atmosphere. You can relax on the deck, take a dip in the pool, or go for a walk along the beach. Jason's Haven is a perfect vacation getaway!!
