Relax in this very large, South Lake Tahoe, vacation home. Nestled amongst huge pine trees with a flowing year-round brook alongside the property, it is serene and private. It is conveniently located; walking distance to Heavenly Ski Resort and a three minute drive to the casinos. You can walk to hiking trails and it is only a short walk down to the lake.
This home features a new big Jacuzzi hot tub on a large deck. You can comfortably sleep 15 with its six bedrooms and three baths. Perfect for larger groups who want to enjoy South Lake Tahoe. Downstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed and its own bath, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and one with two twin-size beds. There is also the second newly-remodeled bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms; one with a queen-size and a twin-size bed, and one with two twin-size beds. There is also a full-size roll-away.
The upstairs has its own bathroom and den/living room with TV/VCR/DVD. Enjoy watching digital cable by the fire in the spacious downstairs living room and leave the upstairs den for the kids! We have recarpeted, repainted, and redecorated. We recently replaced all the furniture and linens and just finished a full kitchen remodel. There is a brand new washer and drier in the house. This is definitely the best deal in a larger South Lake Tahoe vacation house!!

Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
As a child we used to rent a cabin in Tahoe for a good part of the summer. Some or my happiest memories were those times up at the lake. There are some places in the world where the finger of God has touched down, and Tahoe is definatlely one of them.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Skiing in the winter, golf in the summer, casinos and wonderful restaurants year-round. We love it! It's just a generally relaxing and enjoyable place to spend time.
The main location on the California side of Heavely Ski Resort. An easy walk from the house.
Shops, fine resaurants, a public beach, and the marina for boat launch or rentals. I've walked to the beach before in about fifteen minutes.
Four casinos with gaming, restaurants and nightlife. Lots of fun to be had! Harrahs Lake Tahoe, Harveys Lake Tahoe, MontBleu and Bills. Great restaurants too!
A very pretty little nine hole executive course, walking only, its a fun, quick play.
The Power Line Trail is a very nice, not too challenging hiking trail that goes some ten or so miles to Meyers. Crosses through pine forrests, over various creeks, some spectacular view points.

A prior Army officer, I've traveled to 23 different countries and seen some wonderful spots in my life. My wife is from Brazil so much of our vacation time now gets spent in South America. When we're home we're close to Tahoe and love going up there. In summer we hike or hang out at the water, in winter there's great skiing and of course the casinos are fun year round!

Everyone in my group was extremely happy with our stay. My expectations were exceeded and your cabin made our stay in Tahoe 100% better than it would have been had we stayed somewhere else. The one hiccup I had with the access code quickly became a non-issue when I contacted the owner and he took care of the problem immediately. Easy access and very close to the lake, local businesses, and the casinos. Thanks again and I can't wait for my next trip to Lake Tahoe.

My group and I had a great time. The power was down due to a major storm, but the owner fully accommodated us and helped us through it all. Once the power came back we were able to enjoy the spa and all that the cabin had to offer. It is easy access to everything and the small hill out front allowed us to sled and play! Plenty of room and nice bedrooms. I would certainly stay here again!

Had the most wonderful time with friends and family. Used the cabin for our wedding weekend, had plenty of room for close friends and family. The location is ideal for Winter and Summer. We arrived to immaculate and cozy home and just had to unload our bags. Linens fresh, kitchen stocked and hot tub clean and ready to go. Close proximity to lake, great restaurants and casinos, but far enough to still feel Tahoe. Can't wait to come back for ski season and hopefully again for summer fun.

This cabin was perfect for the group trip I took up to Tahoe this past winter. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space, large living room, and walking distance to the slopes! The hot tub was just icing on the cake. I will definitely be looking into this cabin again for next year's trip.
