Best views in Rockport Texas! This ground floor unit at the popular Allegro North Condominiums is steps away from Aransas Bay. Enjoy the 300 Yard lighted fishing pier 24 hours a day or just enjoy the views of fish jumping and dolphins in the bay.
We are looking for long term rentals in the winter to enjoy our family's vacation home (1+ month minimums generally).
A small pet is allowed, please observe condo policies with regard to leash and clean up.
Rockport has unique shops and artists galleries and great but casual restaurants. If you want to hit the beach, it is less than 25 miles to the gulf waves at Port Aransas (alternatively Rockport has a small beach on the bay.)

We live in Austin Texas - we have a daughter who is at LSU and son at Texas Tech.
Why the Owner Chose Rockport
My husband and I bought this condo in 2004. We first came to Rockport before we were married and over the years we always returned to this area. We found that Rockport had a special charm and yet is close enough to Port Aransas to get a a touch of the real sand beach!
We continued to come to Allegro North over the years with our kids (now 21 and 19 yrs). Finally we decided that we wanted to own a place and made the plunge in 2004. We continue to speed a bunch of time with friends and family at the condo during the spring and summer months but are looking for "Winter Texans" for the winter months.
We hope you love it as much as we do!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Ground floor - big lawn to enjoy; we love the pool in the summer. Most of all, just sitting on the back porch overlooking the bay and enjoying time with family and friends.
