The condo itself was awesome! The view from the balcony is priceless. Location was great. The dual shower heads in the master bath shower was a plus. My only complaint is the resort doesn't have a hot tub. Other than that, wish we could've stayed longer. If and when you rent this condo, make sure to check out Schooners. Great food, strong drinks, and good entertainment all within walking distance. Treasure Island condo's are the best bang for your buck on PCB.

We've rented quite a bit of private rentals around the country, mexico, Jamaica. This trip was one of the best. How can you beat waking up every morning and drinking coffee 14 stories up looking out right over the ocean, watching stingrays, dolphins, even saw sharks, swim by. This was our first trip to the gulf coast: amazing beaches! We came on the shoulder season, hoping to avoid the crowds and check out the wild life; just what we got. The state park and Shell Island just east of the property were a blast. Rent your own boat and go to Shell Island. Go to the farthest boat dock and cross the land over to an amazing beach. A beach WE HAD ALL TO OURSELVES! As for the condo itself, everything was great. for 2 adults and 2 kids, we had more than enough room. Bunk-beds-in-the-closet: My next house will have this amenity! Huge deck, big bathrooms, washer and dryer. Kitchen with big eating bar. Perfect!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very comfortable. The kids 2 and 14 loved the pool. We really liked St. Andrews Park, went there twice, the beach area is great, the water is shallow so our little one really had a good time, looking for shells and playing. We would stay here again. Bart was great, he even called to see if we got in okay.

This was a great condo, very comfortable, felt like being home. The view was gorgeous, the photos in the listing are very accurate. The shower in the master bath was awesome, especially after a long day at the beach. The location was very convenient to everything that we wanted to do and see. The only problem I had was the door lock would get stuck sometimes. I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I come to PCB. The owner, Bart, called to make sure I had everything I needed and he sent my deposit back in a timely fashion. I didn't want to leave the place, it was so awesome. Our family had a wonderful vacation in Panama City and a lot of that had to do with the condo itself. Located close to Shell Island, the views are spectacular. My boys had a blast at the pool, the beach, crabbing at night and enjoying fireworks. The unit is awesome, clean, and everything worked beautifully. Loved having a washer and dryer right in the unit, it made multiple trips to the beach/pool easy to accomplish. I would highly recommend the unit and plan on staying there again in future visits. Couple of great restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed here 08-21-2010 - 08-28-2010...This condo is by far the most beautiful I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in Many!!! It is beautifully decorated, SPACIOUS, and the views were spectacular. I am still amazed at how spacious it is... The owner, is a pleasure to work with and so very accommodating... I recommend this to EVERYONE who is looking for a wonderful vacation in PCB... I am looking forward to booking the unit for next year... will never stay anywhere else in PCB, other than here...

From the first second we walked in everyone was blown a way by the amazing condo we would call home for the next week, the pictures didn't even do the condo justice. The bunk beds in the wall turned into a constant battle between the kids of who was going to sleep there each night because they all wanted to, which was pretty funny because I thought the fight would of been for the bedroom. If there is ever any concerns by people with the bunkroom, the one boy is 6'-3" that slept in there and he was comfortable. The master bedroom made my fiancee and myself feel like me at a high end resort between the bed that is so comfortable and the master bathroom that we both wish we had at our place. Every morning I would eat breakfast out on the balcony and enjoy the breath taking views of the gulf. This summer we went to Disney, and all of us said we enjoyed staying at the condo more. We will be back without any doubt. Allen

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with our family for spring break, it was perfect! We only have a few more years left to travel together with all our children before our oldest is out on his own, so we are making memories and your condo allowed for a week full of family memories! Our family had an awesome time! The condo was just as described, very clean and we had everything we needed. I was even surprised to recieve a personal phone call from the owner our first night wanting to make sure we got checked in ok and if we needed anything to just call! Our 3 children are ready to go back! And "Bill" who works in security during the day was awesome, he suggested things to go see and a couple of awesome places to eat!! We are hoping this same unit will be available next year for our 2011 spring break! Thanks again:)

We just arrived home after staying a week in this wonderful condo. The location was great, you could walk to several great restaurants, the condo was beautiful, it has everything you need and more. We will definitely stay in this condo again.
