Wonderful December Weekend Getaway!

A last minute trip for me and my husband to attend his daughter's College Graduation. Eve was most gracious and accomodating, especially to welcome our other family member, a 4 yr old Golden/Saluki mix. The house,is great, good location, clean and beautiful. Weather was great and we were close to everything we needed. We recommend this home which is very roomy, comfortable, feels like home. Thanks Eve and most important my husband's daughter, Jessi and our dog, Reese thank you for a special 3 days!

Loved our stay here! House is clean and has everything you need for an awesome vacation. Public beach access a close walk across the street. Shopping right down the way! Nice yard if you bring your pet! Super comfortable bed in MBR! Nice views from 3rd floor decks! Eve was available to always answer questions before and during our stay. We have already booked for 2012! We love Atlantic Beach and Eve's place!

SOUTHERN CHARM

This was without a doubt the best vacation we have ever taken. It was the hospitality and charm that Eve provided us that made it special. The house was spotless and everything was provided. All we had to do is have a good time. Walks on the beach with our dog, evenings on the pier enjoying a relaxing drink at Molly's, fine Italian dining and all within walking distance. There's alot to be said for location, location, location. This house has it all. Atlantic Beach and the surrounding areas had some of the best fireworks I'd ever seen and all from the comfort of the front porch. From now on when I here the phrase "Southern Charm" I will think of Eve and Eve's Paradise. We are already planning next years vacation at Eve's Paradise.

Convenient location/ lovely comfortable home

My family and I had a great time! This home is conveniently located and offered everything we needed for a relaxing fun filled week at the beach. There is nothing you could need that was not available. We had 2 adults and 3 teens (5 teens for a couple days) and our family dogs. There was plenty of room for dining, entertaining and sleeping. We cooked all our meals in the spacious well stocked kitchen. The house is decorated very nicely. We enjoyed walking over to the beach each day as it is just a five minute walk. We also spent a couple of evenings over at Molly's listening to the music at the pier house. We look forward to returning for another week next summer, it can't come fast enough!

A Picture Perfect Vacation at the Beach.

This is the place to go for a picture perfect vacation at the beach. The house is beautiful and well-appointed with all the amenities one would desire in a beach house. It was very clean, which is was especially important to us because we always bring our two little dogs on vacation with us, and sometimes "pet-friendly" means you'll be staying at a house that looks and smells like animals have been there. Not so at "Summer's Eve." The house was immaculate and well-appointed. Eve provides you with everything you need for a wonderful stay (even down to a plentiful supply of clean bath towels). The lovely spacious bedrooms, the bathrooms, the jacuzzi tubs, the decks and wonderful view of the ocean, the easy walk across the street to the beach. All we had to do was come and enjoy ourselves, which we thoroughly did. When renting through VRBO, you want to feel comfortable and confident about who you are renting from. Eve was sweet, thoughtful, accommodating, and easy to get to get in touch with. We felt so comfortable with her. I would highly recommend Amos Mosquito's and The Channel Marker for dinner. Atlantic Beach is the perfect place to vacation.

Great Winter Escape Too!

My family stayed for a long Feb weekend and to attend a nearby wedding. Great house, good location, clean and beautiful. Temp in the high 60's made it evenbetter. We were close to everything we needed. Eve the owner is great too & helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone. Large, roomy and comfortable. I hope to go back in the summer.

Ready to Move to Atlantic Beach!

I decided to take a vacation to the beach at the last minute ~ my criteria was to be near the beach and to be able to take my dogs. Having lost one tragically several years ago while being boarded at the Vet's, I cannot bear to board them. Eve, the owner, was wonderful in allowing me to bring my dogs, even my old girl that doesn't get around very well. The place is absolutely gorgeous ~ it beautiful and bright and just perfect for having a glorious week at the beach. Whether you want to go to the beach, read a good book on the 2nd story deck, or just kick back, this is THE place to go. Eve is so wonderful ~ I feel that I have met a new friend and will definitely be going back ... just can't get back there soon enough! Oh, and I weathered Hurricane Earl in this house and it did just fine! I'm not sure that the end of the Sheraton Pier is going to survive it but everything turned out great. What a beautiful place to stay!! We just spent a week with our friends at this location and it was perfect!! There were 4 adults and 4 children and was spacious enough for all of us to be able to enjoy without feeling crowded..the location was perfect, too, and had the beach to walk to across the street, the stores were just down the road and anything you could think of was close by..we loved this beach house and we hope to be able to come back again..Thank you Eve, it was so nice to meet you, and we have such wonderful memories from this vacation!! I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants to have a wonderful and relaxing time.

The Home is beautiful. It has everything you need or want. The perfect vacation spot. Our family loved the home. The views are great from the bedroom decks. If we come back to Atlantic Beach we would stay at this home. The home looked better inside and outside than the pictures. The home was clean and very well maintained. My Mother-in-law and Father-in- Law are clean perfectionists and commented on how clean and beautiful the home is. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I would recomend the home to any family , or friend.

Well the search for paradise ends here!!!!The home is like a first class spa, from the furnishing, linens and towels..the lay out makes for a family vacation that allows for some privacy for all. We visited for some sun and fun with our Marine before he deployed..I wanted a place that we could do some home cooking etc...well I brought way to much stuff....everything you need is IN this house plus some...Eve our host is the best. Hope to come back again real soon. (when our Marine returns) PERFECT LOCATION for EVERYTHING!!!
