After a hard day on the slopes or on the golf course, enjoy our four-/five-bedroom over 3300 sq. ft. townhome. Escape to the private hot tub and watch the sunset over Emerald Mountain or watch your favorite movie on our 46 in LCD/HD TV. Each of the bedrooms and baths is located on a different level so you can enjoy your privacy or join the group in one of two living areas.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a crock pot,waffle maker, blender, wok, coffee grinder, and wine charms for your wine glasses. You can feed a crowd with seating for 17-our dining table seats eight,the bar area has five bar stools and we have a breakfast area with a table for four. The cooktop even has a griddle attachment for pancakes for the breakfast crowd.
The gameroom is located downstairs and is also an additional private sleeping area. It is equipped with 2 single fold out couches and a day bed that can sleep 2 more. There is a bar area downstairs with a refrigerator and sink. A TV with DVD and surround system will keep the movie fans happy and we also supply free high speed internet so you can bring your laptop and stay connected.
Our home has a view of the ski mountain from the living room and a view of Emerald Mountain from the back porch. The free bus picks up across the street and takes you to the mountain or you can drive across Mount Werner drive and the shuttle will pick you up at your car and drive you straight to the mountain.

Sue and Steve Chalmers have owned property in Steamboat Springs since 1980. Our boys learned to ski with the Steamboat Ski School. We wish we could spend more time in the Mountains. We try to make our home comfortable and inviting for your stay.

Sue and Steve, Your home in Steamboat is a delight! Our ski trip was a success due in no small part to your touch in making your home so attractive and liveable. The kitchen is very well equipped to handle anything even the most demanding cooks require. Location is perfect for access to both mountain & town via public transportation. The house was fantastic and the Chalmers were great to work with. The house was very nicely decorated. The kids loved having the downstairs as their area. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was great. I would definitely recommend this house to any of our friends or family for a great vacation.

Sue and Steve, We loved your Steamboat Home!!! It had all the required ammenities and small personal touches. The views are awesome. The accomodations were great for 2 families. We LOVE Steamboat and the skiing and it really helped to return to your home each afternoon with lots of room and a hottub to relax!!! Thanks for doing such great job with everything!

Great house with a great kitchen! We had 3 families including 6 kids ages 6-13, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The girls loved having the downstairs to themselves!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely mountain home! Every summer, a group of 5-8 of us who attended high school together gather for our annual 'mini reunion' somewhere in the Colorado mountains. The house is very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is amazing, the views are awesome, and it is very conveniently located. Steamboat is beautiful in the summer. The welcome gift and the mid-stay call from the owner to check that all was ok was also very much appreciated. We hope to be back someday.

Wow! This home far surpassed our expectations. Our group consisted of two families with 4 kids ranging in age from 7 to 13. We can not say enough about the comfort and spaciousness of this home. We arrived to a welcome package from the owners. The beds were amazingly comfortable and in total the home was even better than the website pictures suggest. We had gourmet cooks amongst us and the kitchen accomodations and stocking passed inspection with an A+++. Great ski schools for the kids (all first time skiers) and snow was great even in the late spring. The shuttle bus system is right on the corner and allowed everyone to roam the town or leave the slopes on their own schedules. Thanks so much!

We spent an amazing week in the house with friends. I highly recommend the house! We had 3 couples and 3 singles, everyone had there own space and really enjoyed the amenities of the kitchen and hot tub.
