This condo is very nice and comfortable. The balcony is great for watcing the sunrise or just for sitting on to read/relax. The bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen was great. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in this condo very much. I would recommend it highly. The owner was very nice and accomodating and even called the first day to see if everything was clean and ready for us. Very easy to work with.

A perfect vacation for me includes an inviting beach, incredible weather (can’t control that one) and a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. This condo includes all that and more. The kitchen with marble countertops is well appointed with all that one would need for cooking. The condo with comfortable furniture has just been redone. The inviting porch overlooking the ocean is definitely a plus. It, too, has new furniture. The owner is easy to contact if there are questions or problems. I highly recommend this rental by owner!

Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My family were very pleased with this listing and the owner was wonderful in that he delivered on everything he said he would do and the condo was just wonderful and what a view from the living room and kitchen, as you could just sit and look at the ocean from the room. Everything was provided and the condo was very clean. I will be returning in the near future. Thanks again for allowing my family to enjoy your condo.

Just got back to upstate NY and wanted to leave a quick review of Marcus' place. OUTSTANDING !! I have stayed at Windcrest Villas (just up the beach) for the past 10 years, so I was a little hesitant at trying somewhere else. Marcus' made everything very easy. No dealing with the realty companies to check in (when everyone else is) at the offices. We received the keys in the mail, walked right in to a very clean and modern unit. Everything you need is supplied by Marcus, from a well-stocked kitchen to beach umbrellas/chairs/boogie boards. The place is huge, the view is outstanding, beach is great (as usual). Marcus: We had a wonderful time staying at your condo. The place was beautiful, and it left us with a very comfortable and homey feeling while we were there. We had everything there for our convenience, cooking utensils, kitchenware, etc., and it was a big help having your umbrellas and beach chairs at our disposal from your storage locker. Beach Club II is one of the nicest buildings in the area, and it was nice being so close to Barefoot Landing, Chestnut Hill and many other great restaurants and attractions. The kids loved the pools at the building too. It was also very nice dealing with you. This was the first time had gone through VRBO, and so we were a little apprehensive, but you made the process very easy for us. No problems or hitches at all. If you're looking for a great condo in a perfect location (Windy Hill) this one is for you... Covered parking; heated pools; good security; beautiful grounds; convenient to all attractions; steps to the beach. We had the pleasure of staying in this condo for the week of April 8-15,2006. It was great... The condo is FIRST CLASS!! Good beds; extremely well equipped kitchen; large washer + dryer; great tv's (every bedroom); furnished beach chairs + umbrella; beach toys for little ones; cleanliness of unit outstanding; great balcony with comfortable furniture + gorgeous view. The owner Marcus has thought of everything to make your stay truly enjoyable. It was a pleasure staying in this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The view was great and the beds were very comfortable. Tell your wife that she did a great job getting all the kitchen items. We cooked in a few times and they came in very handy. Having the TV's in each room was great as well. The Toshiba in the den had an awesome picture. The condo worked out really well for our family and my parents. Having the beach that close was awesome and we liked having the two pools to choose from. Also, the beach umbrella and chairs worked out great especially since we didn't have to haul ours. Loved having the washer and dryer too. The deck area was great and we enjoyed the view on the nice patio furniture. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Mark Your condo was wonderful. My wife & I stayed there for a week in April & it was wonderful. You have thought of everything. Your condo is well equiped with everything top of the line. Your restaurant book was filled with exelent choices. We look forward to staying with you again next year.

What a great condo! Everything you could possible need. The appliances were all first rate and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, coffee-maker, toaster, and plenty of assorted cookware. There is a tv and dvd player and clock radio in each bedroom as well as in the living room. All you need to do is purchase a few groceries at the near-by Krogers and you are all set. It we also very clean and comfortable. There are so many nice places to eat that are close to the condo. We especially like the German restaurant that is about three blocks away. The owner plays the accordian and sings and interacts with everyone while you enjoy the food which is excellent. We also enjoyed some of the other restaurants that Marc recommended. He has a binder at the condo with some of his favorite places to eat which was a big help in deciding where to go. We were pleased with all his suggestions. Thanks a lot Marc and Frances for a truly enjoyable vacation. You thought of everything.

The condo was much larger and nicer than I'd imaged! The huge sliding glass doors off the master bedroom presented us with a gorgeous view and relaxing sounds of the ocean! We also loved the covered parking and heated pools! The security and cleanliness were first rate! We had an absolute incredible time relaxing on the beach only a few feet from the condo! Other highlights of our trip were attending the Dixie Stampede Dinner Show, eating at all the fine restaurants, walking thru all fabulous shops in the (Key West style) Barefoot Landing - my kids even got to hold and feed a baby tiger!
