Experience Florida at its best! Apollo Beach is a quiet waterfront community were the locals love to relax and watch the sunsets.
Our non-smoking home has water views from almost every room. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac which means we have 160 feet on the water with a huge dock to sunbathe, fish, or just sit and relax upon. Swim in our heated eight foot deep pool or just enjoy our huge screened in lanai over looking the water. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, walk in closet, TV, private bath, and a private entrance to the pool area. Bedroom two has a Queen bed with a private entrance to the pool. The last bedroom has a Queen bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. We provide a selection of books, puzzles, and games for you to enjoy.
We provide basic paper products to get you by (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, coffee filter, and such) along with laundry detergent, dish detergent, and a few cleaning products.
We are located just a few minutes from I-75, 10 minutes to the beach, 30 minutes from Busch Gardens, and one hour from Orlando. Shopping, movies, and a large selection of restaurants are just 15 minutes away. If you choose to stay local you can find fabulous food and atmosphere at Circles our favorite waterfront indoor/outdoor dining spot.
Rates are based on 6 guests. Half of rent is due at time of reservation and is non-refundable. The remaining rent due, cleaning fee and damage/security deposit are due two weeks prior to your stay. The damage/security deposit is returned 14 days after your stay. If reservation is cancelled 90 days in advance then any deposits are refundable minus a $200 charge.
