As soon as you walk in the door you can see and feel the luxury. Every room is beautifully furnished, and there is fine art work through out the house.
This lovely home offers two bedrooms, two full baths, and an office. There is a formal living room and dining room for entertaining. There is a large gourmet kitchen/den combination which includes a bar with an eating area as well as a beautiful "Bristo" set for more elegant dining. The den also has a 32 inch flat screen TV with cable and a CD player, and a Sony music CD player that will take your Ipod. There are ceiling fans in the master suite as well as in the den.
The office has a high speed inter net connection.
You will enter the master suite through double doors. There is a California king-size bed with fine linens. There is an en-suite bath with a separate bath tub and walk in shower along with double vanities and a stained glass window of a Mermaid. There is an Armoire with a TV/VCR player in it for those lazy mornings. There is also a french door leading out on to the patio in the backyard from the master suite.
The second bedroom has a queen-size canopy bed, and is also provided with fine linens.
The floors are a mix of carpet with lots of tile through out. There is a gas fireplace for those romantic evenings. (Owner will fill tank one time)
There is a hot tub in the back yard, and the house backs up to a park that offers privacy and there is a gas BBQ. There is a mature fruit tree in the backyard that bares naval oranges when in season, as well as a pecan tree in the front yard. The park offers tennis courts, walking and hiking trails. There are three community swimming pools available for guests as well as six tennis courts.
This home is only one mile from major shopping and restaurants. It's only a 20 minutes drive to Sky Harbor Airport. It is only one mile to the I-10 Freeway.
Arizona Mills is one of the largest outlet malls in the country and Chandler Fashion Square (Nordstrom's) are both just a 10 minutes drive away as well as a 24 Plex Movie Theater and Ice Skating just one mile away.
