Perfect Home for Girl's Getaway!

This home was so perfect that I wanted to purchase it from the owner! Every attention to detail was evident. The location was ideal; we slung our beach chairs and cooler over our shoulders and headed for the beach almost every day. Less than a 5 minute walk. And that was only when you pry us from the deck chairs on the screened lanai. This was a girlfriend reunion and we never stopped talking. This wonderful home is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Wonderfully comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space to spread out; all the ingredients for an "oh, so perfect getaway". Only complaint; we could not extend our stay. The real world called us back but we plan to return. Just as soon as Tammy lets us!! We love you, Tammy!

Great Vacation Home

This was our 3rd time staying in the property, and we plan on returning in October. This feels like our home away from home. Home is very cozy - with many extras such as DVD's, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, umbrellas for the beach, coolers, beach bags. We enjoyed going to the Band Shell this time, and listening to music at the beach in the open air. On our last evening, we all walked to the beach, and saw dolphins jumping in the distance. This vacation home had everything we needed and more. Was a "hop skip and a jump" to the beautiful beach, that wasn't crowded. Very clean and comfortable. We will be coming back. The extra "kitchenette" in the garage was nice for our large group. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The weather was beautiful, and we were at the beach most of the time. Very spacious for all 3 families. Many extras in the home - beach chairs, toys for the kids. TV's in each bedroom was great. Large outdoor screened in patio was where we had most of our meals. Nice neighborhood, and a short walk to the beach. Everything we expected, and more! We will be back - THANK YOU!!!

Ormond Oasis - Bad Experience

The house was not in owkring order. Many electrical outlets did not work, many light switches did not work and the neighbor was not very friendly. After I left the property the owner made a false damage claim against me and refused to return the security deposit. I have rented from many folks in the Ormond area and have never been treated so badly.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU. It was great !!! Waves were huge at the end of the week because of Bertha. Met your cleaning lady- very nice and helpful. The description accurately described this vacation home. Very spacious. Great for large families. Close to beach; within walking distance. Plenty of beach supplies provided by owner. I would highly recommend this property to families with young children and elderly.

TAMMY, WE HAD AN EXCELLENT TIME USING YOUR HOME. IT WAS VERY NICE. WE HOPE WE CAN USE IT AGAIN. I WAS GOING TO PUT YOUR TRASH OUT MONDAY MORNING BUT WHILE WE WENT TO BREAKFAST SOMEONE CAME IN AND DID THAT. SO WE PUT IT BACK INTO THE GARAGE FOR YOU. WE STRIPPED THE BEDS AND PLACE THE SHEETS AND TOWELS ALL ON THE FLOOR IN THE GARAGE IN FRONT OF THE WASHER. HOPE YOU WAS TOLD THAT THE HOUSE WAS FOUND TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, FOR THE RETURN OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE. Very nice home with large Master Bedroom. The screened porch was nice when the weather didn't cooperate. Lots of room for families.
