Bring your boat and enjoy the easy access to the Bay as well as direct Ocean access without fixed bridges in your way. Plenty of room to park your boat trailer on the property. Many places to relax. Look out from the third floor Master Bedroom balcony and enjoy the gulf view. On the second level screened porch area, take in the wildlife; Manatees, Herons, Tarpon, and much much more. Or perhaps on the ground level sun bathe on the dock or lie in the shaded hammock. World-class fishing, lobstering, snorkeling and diving are right outside your door.
