We've had three stays in this condo now and look forward to our next! The location is perfect - ski in from 4 O'Clock run and yet right in the middle of town! The condo is very clean, comfortable, well equipped and River Mountain Lodge staff and facilities very good. Love the Condo, Location and the the Town!

I've stayed here many times, both in summer and winter. Because the condo is centrally located (one block from Main Street, a couple blocks to the Peak Eight gondola), it makes access to shops, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. The condo itself is only steps to the Lodge's outdoor pool and hot tub. There are three other hot tubs and a sauna available. Just down the hall is a cozy bar where you will be greeted by the loquacious bartender, Bubba. I have many fond memories of coming back from a day of skiing or a long hike in the mountains, enjoying a soothing soak in the hot tub, and relaxing by the fireplace before going downtown for dinner.

We really loved your place and enjoyed our stay. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and we had all the cooking utensils we needed. We did not eat a lot of dinner meals in the condo as there were so many neat places to try in town. It was a short walk from River Mountain Lodge to downtown for lots of fun shopping and great eating choices. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very easy to work with and I would recommend this property We hope to make it back again as Breckenridge is a neat town and the area is fabulous. We mostly went cross country skiing. The bus system is great- we parked our car in the garage all week. All the people at the Nordic center were very hospitable and we enjoyed the cross country trails they had.

My college son and I stayed at this VRBO unit at River Run Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The beds were comfortable and the unit was away from the front desk area so it was quiet. We had a great time in both the outdoor and indoor hot tubs. Also loved the in-town location, great for walking around town. We will definitely return!

Stayed at the condo with hotel/studio units. Very nice unit with hottub right outside the door. The condo complex has a very laid back bar area with a large flat screen TV (perfect during March Madness) and I imagine about the best priced beers in town. The bartender has been a resident since the 60's and a pleasure to talk to . We had no problem having pizza delivered, eating it in the bar, and drinking their beer. The condo is in a great location. The river walk is right out the back door, so you're only a block to Main Street. If you're renting or going to demo skis, there's a great ski rental shop next door, Lonestar Sports or you could even rent skis at a place right outside the underground garage parking. All in all, great place.

We have stayed in the condo (hotel room plus studio) twice over several years without any problems. Sleeping arrangements are very comfortable. Very clean and well kept. Nice furnishings. The photos represent the location accurately. Owners are very nice and professional. Centrally located, walking distance to all Breckenridge village attractions.

We stayed 12/19/08 and really enjoyed ourselves! The condo has a great location. Only have to walk across street once you take 4 O'Clock all of the way down. Also only have to walk 1 block to go downtown. What really made it easy was talking to the concierge and a van picked us up and took us to the gondola. We only waited for 5 min and the van picked us up. Also, Bubba the bartender had some great egg nog shots for cheap! All in all the condo was clean, had great location, and very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

We had a party of 7 stay in the studio and hotel room. We had planned for 4 persons but the other 3 were easily accomodated. Condo was very clean, well equiped and comfortable. Ski-in access from Four O'Clock road was so convenient, and the shuttles made access to the lifts very easy. The position is great, being pretty much in the middle of the town. We hired a car (Lodge has car parking space) and also skiied Vail, Beaver Creek and Keystone which are all nearby. The facilities of both the condo and the Lodge were very good and we are keen to return.
