The living room is equipped with a spacious pit group, and lounge chair--enough to seat 8 or 9 comfortably. Our unit has a 52 inch wide screen HDTV with 12 HBO channels. We also provide high speed wireless internet access to check your email or complete that one undone task at work you may have forgotten.
Enjoy the breathtaking view from the comfort of the living room or step onto the private balcony for a panoramic view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico. The view is awesome, you're sure to be in awe of the emerald waters and sugary white sands. Relax and enjoy the TV, or pick a DVD, or CD (choose one from our collection).
Enjoy this fully-equipped gourmet kitchen complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. Dine inside at our table for six, plus seat four more at the bar, or enjoy breakfast outside in your jammies (it’s very private). Don’t feel like cooking, step down to the poolside for a quick snack from the Tiki bar--they serve lunch and dinner also. On weekend nights, sit poolside or at the Tiki bar and hear a live band. If you don't feel like going down to the Tiki bar, sit right on the balcony and hear the beautiful music coming from downstairs. It's a very nice way to enjoy the evening sunset.
Go to bed with your door cracked open to hear the ocean waves while you’re sleeping in this luxurious master bedroom suite with DVD. Lie in bed and watch the aqua blue waters, signature of the emerald coast.
This master suite includes a garden tub and separate shower. In the second bedroom, you can sleep to the sounds of the waves also! In this room, you’ll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed and a window with a great ocean view. You have private access to the guest bath. Additionally this room has a 25 inch TV and DVD player. The bunk room is set up to sleep two more, young or old. It even has its own TV/DVD!
For a little privacy, the efficiency unit (which can be rented as a one bedroom studio) has its own separate entry and a private ocean view balcony. It has a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The electronics package includes a 27 inch flat screen LCD TV and DVD. The efficiency kitchen has a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and blender for preparing simple snacks and meals. You can relax in the garden tub or enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach or golfing!
No pets allowed. No smoking. The primary renter must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
