Upon entering this beautifully appointed three bedroom three bath condominium one immediately recognizes this is not your ordinary rental unit. Equipped with leather furniture, four TVs including a 36 inch Sony WEGA TV, two DVD players two VCRs, a Play Station 2 with two controllers, cuisinart appliances in the kitchen and a state of the art large capacity front load washer that is also a dryer. No more moving clothes from the washer to the dryer.
The spacious living room has new Leather sectional sofa with built in recliner and pull out bed. In addition it has a separate leather recliner which you can relax in under the ceiling fan while watching TV. The room includes a VCR and DVD player. With nearly 25 feet of glass, you will have a spectacular view of the ocean from your fourth floor living room. The dining room table has seating for 6, there are 4 bar stools at the counter and there is a patio table with seating for 6 if you prefer to eat outside.
The master bedroom has an incredible view of the ocean with a separate door to the balcony. A king size bed, sitting area, TV, large garden tub for two and walk in shower all provide a luxurious place to relax.
The kid's room has two twin beds and comes with a Playstation 2 (bring your own games or rent some locally). The room also includes a TV and VCR and DVD player and ceiling fan. The room has a full bath attached.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and full bath.
The kitchen is furnished with all the amenities including microwave and dishwasher. The new Cuisinart appliances include a blender, 12 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder and (four) slice wide slot toaster great for toasting those morning bagels, electric griddle and crock pot. For those of you that love to cook, a full set of new non-stick cookware including several pieces of Caphalon have been provided as well as all the baking pans you could need. Trust me you will never be frustrated looking for pots, pans or cooking utensils in this kitchen.
The outside deck provides dining for six along with an 2 lounge chairs and 2 high top swivel bar chairs great for relaxing and enjoying a morning cup of coffee while watching the dolphins swim by at their regular times.
The closest grocery store is 1 mile away. All the restaurants you could ever want are within 3-10 mile drive. Super Walmart and the mall is 8-10 minutes away. The outlet mall is 20 minutes away.

My wife and I purchased this as a second home when I worked in the banking industry. I left the banking industry to start a Christian School with my wife and decided we needed to put the unit on the rental market so we could be able to keep it. We were afraid that if we listed our home with a rental company we would have no control over who stayed there. We wanted to make sure our home was rented by families that would take care of it like it was there own. We decided that I would handle the rental myself. It has been a great experience, and we have had many great families that have enjoyed our home and come back each year.

My Mother, 4 sisters and I just spent a week at Doug's home. The condo is even more impressive than the advertisement. The property is well maintained, both inside and out. We were on the 4th floor and could see for miles. We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends. My family and I plan to return next year, God willing. If you like to read and forgot to take a book, there are numerous novels in the condo, we enjoyed them.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+.

What a awesome beach rental! I can not believe this place so clean and so well maintained. I have stayed at many beach rentals over the years and none can compare to this rental. I enjoyed the pictures with the beach scenes that I think they were taken from your deck. I could not let this go by with out saying the present of the Godly books and the quotes on the pictures. I could feel the present of God daily. I hope to be able to go next year. My mother is 92 and she really enjoyed her stay-so easy to get her to the pool with the ramps for wheelchairs. This was a sisters and mothers time away from home. I can only say that I told everyone at the pool what an awesome condo. This one of the nicest - well maintained- fully equip condo that I have every seen.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

We spent the week of Labor Day in this condo and were very impressed with the accomodations. It's even nicer than the photos with new carpet, very comfortable furniture and a kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony were fantastic. Doug was very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this unit!
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this condo for 1 week and my family loved it. It certainly was not the typical rental unit where you typically get the cheap furniture and a kitchen that barely has enough cooking utensils to function. I loved the kitchen, very well equipped with nice things. Leather furniture in the living room was a plus. The living room was lare enough for us all to sit and watch tv and each room having their own TV made it nice when the kids wanted to watch something different. This will definately become a yearly vacation hang out.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We have just returned from a visit to Murrells Inlet SC. We enjoyed our stay in Doug's Condo. We found it very accessible to all of our favorite Inlet places. It is a spacious, comfortable Condo with many fine amenties. I recommend it highly.
