Our condo has two bedrooms plus a bunk room and sleeps eight comfortably--six in beds. For additional rooms, we have a Studio (efficiency) available for an additional cost, making this unit a 3BR plus bunk room.
The living room is equipped with a tasteful pit group with comfortable seating for 7 - 8, and a lounge chair. Our unit has a 52 inch wide screen HDTV with 12 HBO channels, all with surround sound.
We also provide high speed wireless internet access to check your email or complete that one undone task at work you may have forgotten. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the comfort of the living room or step onto the private balcony for a panoramic view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico.
The view is awesome, you're sure to be in awe of the emerald waters and sugary white sands. Relax and enjoy the TV,or pick a DVD, or CD (choose one from our collection).
Enjoy this fully-equipped gourmet kitchen complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. Dine inside at our table for six plus seat four more at the bar, or enjoy breakfast outside in your jammies (it’s very private).

The bunk room is set up to sleep two more, young or old. It even has its own TV/DVD!
No pets allowed! No smoking! The primary renter must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
