I have other dates available as well and I do rent for less than a week but I do require a three night minimum rental and my boat slip is ALWAYS available to those who rent from me, whether you rent for a week or a month - and there is NEVER an additional charge for it.

From the moment you step in the front door and step on the marble inlayed floor in the foyer you will continue to be impressed with our huge 1953 square feet second home which has just about everything you would ever desire in a home. You are certain to enjoy the beautiful view and if you are lucky as we are, we see dolphins just about every day we are down there. We usually see them at the end of the pier in the mornings and early evenings.
You will most certainly enjoy the spaciousness of this condo and the luxurious furnishings we've decorated with. You get a cramped feeling in a lot of condos down there, but you certainly won't experience that in our Porto del Sol unit. This condo has an elaborate lighting setup with an all on/off switch at the front door, high end appliances, high ceilings, beautiful granite countertops, luxurious whirlpool tub and massive separate shower in the master bathroom as well as a walk in closet.
You can even control every light in the condo with the master console in the master bedroom. There is a 27" color television and a VCR/DVD in the master bedroom if you like to watch movies while resting in our king sized bed.
We've furnished the living room with a 32" TV along with a DVD and VCR player as well as an AM/FM/CASSETTE/CD stereo system for your entertainment and listening pleasure.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 19" flat screen television and private bathroom.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and a 15" flat screen television and shares the bathroom in the hallway right outside the door.
The complex also has a beautiful heated indoor pool and spacious outdoor pool for your swimming and tanning pleasure. The kiddies will enjoy the outdoor pool with the wonderful views of the bay and Cotton Bayou right from the pool. You might even see the dolphins playing in the bay at the end of the piers while you enjoy the outdoor pool.
Bring your boat or Jet Ski and moor it in our private deep water boat slip with full utilities as this is a Boater's Paradise and we don't charge extra for the boat slip.
Oh, and if you are an exercise enthusiast, bring your work out clothes and walking/running shoes as we have a workout room with treadmill, elliptical machine, free weights, PRECOR universal gym, and weight bench as well as a steam room and sauna.
Now accepting reservations. We also accept snowbird reservations for the winter months.
If you have never stayed on the bay, you really can't imagine what you are missing. The tranquil setting, peaceful atmosphere and wonderful views will have you hooked after staying here. This complex even has deeded beach access which is just across the street. You really get the best of both worlds for those that desire to walk the beach and have a boat slip available.
I often get comments back from our friends who rent this unit that tell me they can't wait to return and they can't believe how beautiful this unit is. This unit is more like a house than a condo due to it's size. I've also been told by the folks who have stayed with us that the pictures really don't do it justice.
