Stay 7 nights for the price of 5 now that it is off season! My $995/week special is only going to last a short time - so book now to save big! This $995 special is a total price for the entire week and includes the cleaning fees and taxes. Trust me, you won't find a nicer condo for this kind of price with these amenities.
From the moment you step in the front door and step on the marble inlayed floor in the foyer you will continue to be impressed with our huge 1953 square feet second home which has just about everything you would ever desire in a home. You are certain to enjoy the beautiful view and if you are lucky as we are, we see dolphins just about every day we are down there. We usually see them at the end of the pier in the mornings and early evenings.
You will most certainly enjoy the spaciousness of this condo and the luxurious furnishings we've decorated with. You get a cramped feeling in a lot of condos down there, but you certainly won't experience that in our Porto del Sol unit. This condo has an elaborate lighting setup with an all on/off switch at the front door, high end appliances, high ceilings, beautiful granite countertops, luxurious whirlpool tub and massive separate shower in the master bathroom as well as a walk in closet.
You can even control every light in the condo with the master console in the master bedroom. There is a 42' color television and a VCR/DVD in the master bedroom if you like to watch movies while resting in our king sized bed.
We've furnished the living room with a 50' TV along with a DVD and VCR player as well as an AM/FM/CASSETTE/CD stereo system for your entertainment and listening pleasure.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen television and private bathroom.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen television and shares the bathroom in the hallway right outside the door.
The complex also has a beautiful heated indoor pool and spacious outdoor pool for your swimming and tanning pleasure. The kiddies will enjoy the outdoor pool with the wonderful views of the bay and Cotton Bayou right from the pool. You might even see the dolphins playing in the bay at the end of the piers while you enjoy the outdoor pool.
Bring your boat or Jet Ski and moor it in our private deep water boat slip with full utilities as this is a Boater's Paradise and we don't charge extra for the boat slip.
Oh, and if you are an exercise enthusiast, bring your work out clothes and walking/running shoes as we have a workout room with treadmill, elliptical machine, free weights, PRECOR universal gym, and weight bench as well as a steam room and sauna.
Make your reservations EARLY as we do stay booked. We also accept snowbird reservations for the winter months.
If you have never stayed on the bay, you really can't imagine what you are missing. The tranquil setting, peaceful atmosphere and wonderful views will have you hooked after staying here. This complex even has deeded beach access which is just across the street. You really get the best of both worlds for those that desire to walk the beach and have a boat slip available.
I often get comments back from our friends who rent this unit that tell me they can't wait to return and they can't believe how beautiful this unit is. This unit is more like a house than a condo due to it's size. I've also been told by the folks who have stayed with us that the pictures really don't do it justice.

We stayed in this unit over Spring break, & it was amazing! Huge, beautifully furnished, & well equipped. Never stayed off the beach before, but we loved the bayou. It was so relaxing & beautiful. Short drive to several nice public beaches, shopping, dining, & Florabama! The property was clean & uncrowded. Kids loved the indoor pool. We would definately rent from this owner when returning to Orange Beach. Thank you for a memorable time! My family and I have stayed in this condo two different times. Once for a week in April, and again the beginning of June!! We love how it is conviently located to so many things!! Being on the bay and having a boat slip included makes all the difference!!! The condo was very well furnished and stocked for all of our needs. We love this condo!!! The entire complex is sparkling clean and always smells like it has just been scrubbed. Thank You!!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We brought the boat and docked it in the Marina for the whole week. It has wonderful views of the inter-coastal waterway from morning to twilight. The kitchen/bar area is great for entertaining, and I really was surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked and ready to cook. The Master has a view of the inter-coastal as well and is conveniently disconnected from the other two rooms for great separation from the kids at night. This is a great place to stay. We have family in Gulf Shores and have stayed at this condo a few different times and loved it! You could not ask for more.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Porto Del Sol...very quite, clean and luxurious. Full kitchen with laundry. Great view of the bay and even though it is located on main drag, it is positioned in such a way that you are not overwhelmed by traffic. We will stay there again on next trip and I highly recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this condo during the last week of July, 2011. The condo is beautiful - inside and out - with a great balcony overlooking the Inter-coastal Waterway - which made for great boat watching. The balcony and master bedroom windows face North - so the sun/heat was never an issue in those areas. The condo is tastefully appointed and is wonderful for a family. There were two extra twin mattresses in a closet for use if you had extra people/kids. The kitchen is made for entertaining and cooking and got lots of use from us. There were two pools - the inside one was great for bad weather use - but was a bit cold. The outdoor pool was always in use and was perfect. This condo is close to the Publix grocery store and lots of restaurants and shopping - and also just right across the road from the beach. We would definitely stay there again !Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
