3 of our condos are located in Sports Village and the 4th is located in Willow Run; all can be found in prestigious Green Valley, which is just the place to satisfy your Southern Utah cravings! Whether you're golfing, hiking, shopping or just relaxing, you will absolutely LOVE staying in our St. George Condos! If you are in need of more than one unit, two are located in the same building. They are all close in proximity, but comfortably far apart!
The St. George area boasts of 11 golf courses, Sunbrook being the closest to our units. You'll marvel at the breathtaking scenery that surrounds St. George, including Bryce Canyon, Zion's National Park and Snow Canyon. This "Red Rock Corner" of Utah is dotted with historical sites, shopping malls and outlet stores, popular restaurant chains and, especially, the wonderfully warm Dixie Sunshine! Same-day road trips might include hopping through the casinos in Las Vegas or Mesquite Nevada, sight-seeing at The Grand Canyon or attending Tuacahn's "Broadway in the Desert" outdoor live amphitheater. We are also located right across the street from the world renowned Green Valley Spa. For those guests cooking up the perfect mountain biking get-a-way, we have all the right ingredients at our doorstep: Bear Claw Poppy, Zen, Stucci Springs and the Red Bluffs Competitive Area!
Including new paint, tile and carpet throughout, each of our condominiums have been recently remodeled. Enjoy the fresh, new feel they have to offer! The units at Sports Village feature two bedrooms (with queen-sized beds) and 1 bathroom. You will find a sofa sleeper in the great room that make each condo perfectly comfortable for 6 guests.
Each unit has air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, and covered parking. The washer and dryer, located within each condo, are also included in your rental. Linens are provided and there is a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Two units have a private patio off the back; and one has a walk-out patio. Each have a grill for year-round bar-b-quing, and all are connected with wireless internet (FREE with your rental).
Our condo at Willow Run is for long-term rentals and is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. It has a fold-out sofa in the sunroom, a 2-car garage and a full-sized washer/dryer. All the amenities at Willow Run are included in your long-term rental.
For the comfort of all of our guests, every one of our units are "No Smoking, No Pets" condominiums.
You won't want to confirm with another condominium owner until you've talked to us; we've had some very pleased guests and would like to make you - and all of your friends - one of them! - Las Vegas is 1 hour & 45 minutes away, Mesquite, NV is about a 45 minute drive (closest gambling), it's a little over 30 minutes to Zion National Park, 2.5 hours to Bryce Canyon National Park, 90 minutes to Brian Head Ski Resort, 20 minutes to Sand Hollow State Park/Reservoir, Indoor swimming fun park at Sand Hollow Acquatics Center 5 minutes away, 8 Tennis Courts and Nature Center 3 miles down the road at Tonaquint Park. Whew! That'll keep you busy! Also, St. George averages 300+ days of sunshine per year. What more could you ask for in a great family vacation?

Why the Owner Chose St. George
Sports Village has always added sparkle to our lives with magical memories, as we honeymooned there over 20 years ago! We return frequently and each time we visit, our memories are evolving into a legacy of togetherness for our family! We hope to provide that same feeling to all of our guests who spend time there.
You will find yourself at the light at Bluff and Hilton Drive. Make a left onto Hilton Drive and continue up the hill, through the light, on Blackridge Drive.
This will eventually turn into Dixie Drive. Stay on Dixie Drive for 2.2 miles and then make a left onto Canyon View Drive.
Turn right onto Village Road, then make a quick left into the Sports Village parking lot
To find the correct building number you have been booked into. Refer to the information packet that was attached to your confirmation of booking for your unit number
The nearest grocery store is located at the corner of Sunset Blvd and Dixie Drive (scroll up; it's above the condo)

We just finished a four night stay at Karin's condo #3 in St. George, and enjoyed it greatly. The unit was very clean when we arrived, and it was well furnished and comfortable. The Sports Acres complex is peaceful and beautifully landscaped. Karin was excellent at communicating with us and providing all the details we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Karin was excellent to work with, very accommodating, very quick to respond and on top of every detail. We rented Condos 1 and 2, they were very comfortable for us, we loved that you had all of the 'little things' we needed: plenty of towels, TP, garbage bags, pepper, etc. We have stayed at a place recently where they left 1 roll of toilet paper for 10 people. That was a bummer. (no pun intended.) Sports Village offered plenty of things for our small kids. Pool was great, playground was awesome and the walking path and open green space was put to good use for us. Plus its a few short minutes from a grocery store. All in all, a great experience.

We had such a great trip! The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the giant bathtub was amazing! None of us wanted to leave! We will definitely be going back! Thanks for being so accomodating!

Great place to stay with the little ones. The condos offer great amenities like pools, tennis courts, play grounds, wireless internet and much more. It is close to restaurants, stores and movie theaters. We had a blast during our stay and we would recommend it to everyone.
