Enjoy your next summer vacation in Ocean City, New Jersey's favorite family resort. This south-end second floor home (renovated Spring 2011) located at 3854 Asbury Avenue provides three very clean, spacious, and decorated bedrooms with ceiling fans, twin size air mattresses on request, two full baths, and a private outside shower. For your convenience, there is also off-street parking for two cars, a garage, a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, local telephone service, air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, as well as TVs, VCRs, and DVDs.
After a short one block walk, enjoy a sunny day on a beautiful beach guarded by members of the highly trained Ocean City beach patrol. Stroll the pristine beaches looking for shells, jog along the water's edge or simply relax and swim. From this prime location, walk to everything including playgrounds, tennis, basketball, restaurants, shopping, and churches. At the end of the day, retire to the front deck, partially covered with awning, complete with lounging and dining patio furniture and take in the ocean breeze.
Visit Ocean City's famous boardwalk by town provided trolley to ride the ferris wheel, jog or walk, eat caramel popcorn, play mini golf or simply people watch. Whatever your interest, the boardwalk is sure to please. Mere miles to the south of Ocean City is historic and beautiful Cape May and exciting Wildwood, each unique in character and activities. Take a short drive north to famous Atlantic City and play world renowned casinos, dine in top rated restaurants and visit other attractions, including Atlantic City's own famous boardwalk.
Tenants must provide their own bed linens (one queen bed, four twin beds and two twin air mattresses available upon request) and towels. The house beach tags will be provided, but must be returned prior to departure for use by next tenants. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in 2:00 p.m. and check-out 11:00 a.m.
