Lakefront (East Canal), seeded fishing areas. VERY short walk to the beach (approximately 100 yards). Extremely close to many of Ocean Lakes' amenities, including recreation center, indoor/outdoor pools, playground, basketball, and more. Good parking in front of site.
Ground level home, unlike many nearby that are eight feet in the air on stilts, no flight of steps to climb each time you want to come in or out! Nice covered porch w/ceiling fans. Privately secured community, feel safe letting your kids go out an enjoy themselves in the many children's areas.
Two bedrooms with queen beds, one other bedroom with the full/twin bunk. Two separate bathrooms with separate water heaters, and full showers. Ceramic tile floors in kitchen and baths for easy beach clean up! Washer & Dryer in unit! Outside sand rinse showers also on-site.
