This luxury, ground-floor condominium (Unit 112) is fully upgraded with two big-screen TVs (47" LCD in the living room and 40" LCD in the bedroom), new carpet, a granite kitchen countertop, new appliances, air-conditioning plus "Tommy Bahama" style ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, and the most comfortable pillow-top bed in the world. If you require an extra-firm bed, this is not it. But if you love to float in the clouds and sleep like an angel, it doesn't get any better.

We love the wonderful weather, great beaches, water sports, oceanfront dining and an occasional Mai Tai at one of the many local beachside watering holes. Kaanapali is consistently rated one of the "Top Ten Beaches in the World". You owe it to yourself to come and find out why. We're sure you'll agree.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Every morning starts with a workout in the gym downstairs, a half hour in the sauna, then walk down the beach to the Beachwalk Cafe for coffee. We make our way back home for a quick breakfast, then hit the beach for a relaxing morning on the sand to read that book we didn't get to all year or just take in the beautiful ocean views. After lunch, we spend some time at the newly renovated pool to visit with friends, old and new.
There is great dining, shopping and many other ctivities - snorkeling, parasailing, surfing, jet skiing, ziplining, hiking, horseback riding and just about any other activity you may desire.
In the evenings, we enjoy our dinner on the lanai watching the magnificent sunsets while dining on the food just off the barbeque or from our complete kitchen, outfitted with new appliances and granite countertops. Some nights, we take advantage of the many restaurants within walking distance of our condo or take a drive to one the many fine restaurants up or down the coast.
It just doesn't get any better than this and that is why we come back year after year. We hope you do, too.

We have been coming to Maui for over thirty years and finally in decided we needed to have our own "piece of paradise". Our kids grew up here, spending several weeks here every summer. Now they are adults and can't get away as long as they could when they were carefree children, but they still never miss our annual family trip. We hope you enjoy our wonderful condo and make it your home away from home, as our family does, when you visit the islands.

Our family of 4 loved this ground floor condo, with a view of Black Rock (and also the Kaanapali Beach hotel next door). We enjoyed the ease of walking out the lanai (or down the interior corridor and straight out the back door), across the sidewalk, to the beach. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for our use.... and we left a boogie board behind, so it might still be there when you get there. :) The unit itself is HUGE. Much larger than I would expect a one bedroom, two bath. There was plenty of room for 4 of us to stretch out. Enormous closets and plenty of drawer space. Internet worked great, and the kids loved the big screen TV's and the "good cable" that we don't have at home. The king bed was comfortable. There was an abundance of towels and washcloths. Coin laundry is literally right across the hall. Although there was only one washer and one dryer, nobody was ever using it when I checked. $1.50 each to wash and dry, and the clothes are actually dry for your buck and a half. They sell laundry soap one floor down from the machine, and the $1 box of detergent will do 4 loads in the high efficiency washer. Also a change machine. There is a fax machine in the unit, and a nice little desk area if you have to work. The pool was very nice, even for January. Must be heated. No slides or other kid-friendly things. There is a sign that says the kids can't take toys in the water, but I saw kids with toys and nobody is patrolling, so I'm not sure... . The hot tub was also nice. The grounds are very well kept, despite the construction next door. The Whaler provides beach towels, which we exchanged a couple of times per day. Very convenient. The $12 per day parking at the Whaler was a bit crowded, but I think that was due to construction in the other tower, there were many workers' vehicles parked on the property. Overflow parking was not far away. A few minor drawbacks to be aware of: - Had to go out on the lanai to get cell reception - None of the interior doors (bedroom or bathroom) have locks, if that is important to you - as with any large property with beautiful grounds, we woke to the sounds of leafblowers and lawnmowers on some mornings. But you cannot beat a morning walk on the beach while the family is still sleeping safely in their beds. Or the Whaler shopping right next door. Late night walks for Haagen Daas. It is really a very nice unit in a wonderful location. I hope to go back ASAP!

The condo was wonderful. View of Black Rock from lani. Walked to snorkel. Shopped til we dropped at the Whalers Village. Watched a free Hula show and took free lessons. Took our 3 nieces and 1 nephew. Condo had queen couch and 2 roll a way beds.Plenty of room for all 6. Walked right down the hall and out the end to the pool and beach. Would love to go back soon.

fantastic property, could not have been closer to the beach. We would absolutely rent this apartment from these people again, in a heart beat. It had everything we needed and was equipped as we had been told. Had a wonderful holiday.

Great condo. Nicely decorated. Two good size tvs. Great location. Close to eating places. No direct sunlight in condo unit 112 - great for us! My husband says, "It was wonderful"! Owners easy to communicate with. Would recommend unit and would definitely rent again.
