This is a beautiful, ranch-style home built in 1960, which has been kept in sweet condition. This property has been updated with new appliances and furniture. It has two full bedrooms each with a queen-size bed. There is a pull-out "sleeper" couch in the living room and a den that can be converted into a bedroom, the den has a deluxe bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and a twin on top, there is also a bathroom attached to the den/bedroom.
You are literally right around the corner from grocery shopping, pharmacy, restaurants, and the movies. You could not find a more centrally located home to rent. The Rocky Mountain National Park is less than ten minutes from your door step. Lumpy Ridge/Twin Owls/Gem Lake/Cow Creek trail heads are directly behind this property only a few minutes away. The Lake Trail is just across the street. We will even call the elk down for you. You cannot beat it.
