Accommodations: Condominium-Hotel - 2 Bedrooms + Den - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 4-6)

Spacious Kitchen....great for cooking meals and hosting guests! - White Mountains, New Hampshire Lodging (3rd night free) This Condo is located in a 45 acre hotel resort bordering The White Mountain National Forest in Mt. Washington Valley. 1 mile from Attitash Ski Area, close to Black Mountain, Bretton Woods, Cranmore, And Wildcat ski areas, 3 miles from Storyland Amusement Park, 2 miles from the junction of Routes 16 and 302, five miles to North Conway. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queensized bed, a private bathroom and cable T.V. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and cable T.V.,The 2nd bedroom has 2 mattresses per bed. I have 3 children, so I stack the 2 top mattresses between the 2 beds and this gives me 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom. Other guests move the xtra mattresses around the unit as they see fit to make xtra sleeping arrangements. The parlor has a foldout sofa-bed. This is a non-smoking unit. The 3rd night of your stay is always free.

Living Room and Dining Area...A great place to relax after a long day - White Mountains, New Hampshire Lodging Amenities: The Condo has a Fireplace, Telephone, 3 Cable T.V.s, VCR, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, The Clubhouse has a Hot Tub, Sauna, Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Gameroom, and T.V. Room. The Club house is located about 100 yards from the Condo. There is also a childrens play area and tennis courts on the property. desk hotel rate if you agree to leave the unit in rentable condition.
Summer Rates: June 30-Sept 3= $125 per night and $600 weekly
Fall Rates:8/27-9/21 & 10/22-12/25= $70/wknt, $80/wknd nt, & $425 wkly
Fall Peak Rates:9/22-10/21= $85/wknt, $125/wked nt, $550 weekly
Winter Rates:Dec 26-mar 28 $75wknt$125wknd nt$525 wkly,Vac.Wks-$900-$150 a night
April 1-June 29= $70/wknt,$80 wknd nt, $425 weekly,
The 3rd night is always free. There's a 2 nt minimum stay
